The stuff was lovely

Was very disappointed due the pool not bein available to use and that was the main reason i booked it and wasn’t the best tv stop working when i tryed dry my hair Fone’s wasn’t working to good

Was ok overpriced though especially the food

Remote for tv was crusty and gross

The rooms were nice and clean

We wasn’t allowed to use the hotel bar as we didn’t have corporate rugby tickets

Very clean, good price and all facilities available.

The spa pool didn't work that day, because of a broken window. Although, I was just unlucky, not the hotel's fault.

It was clean but everything else lets it down.

Windows don’t open. Very claustrophobic. The car park is a ridiculous walk away which you’re not told. Pool is in desperate building and closed earlier than supposed to so couldn’t use it.

It’s was clean modern and had the things you need for a stay plus good staff who are very polite and helpful- this included all Staff

I’ve stayed at the Radisson RED London Twickenham multiple times, and every time it’s perfect. From being greeted by the lovely staff on arrival who are always chatty and smiling, to staying in a comfortable and spotless room, ordering easy room service and checking out, it’s all fab. The warm and welcoming atmosphere really makes a difference.I’ve stayed for both business and leisure, including an international match, and it’s perfect for both occasions. The location couldn’t be better, with the merch shop, entry gates and the local town all right on your doorstep. We were lucky to grab a room around a week and a half before the match, as it’s usually quite booked up for big games, and we were so glad we did.Thank you

The rooms are always very well presented and very comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful.

The car park is a little further away than I would like, only an issue when it's raining.

friendly attentive staff. checking that everything was ok at different occasions during our stay. rooms were a generous size and comfortable bed.

pool opening times were from 09:00 would have been nice to use the facility, but times of our arrival and departure meant we couldn't use these.

No fresh air, woke with headache stuffy rooms and lighting seemed dull

Very clean and tidy, good facilities and friendly staff

There is absolutely no sound proofing, had a terrible nights sleep because of all the noise. On the 3rd floor facing the city there’s a terrible drip on the hollow metal above the window that kept us up all night

Stylish and big bedroom - nice shower bath and everything you need in the room

Horrible pillows terrible stingy breakfast - meagre portions and rubbish choices not worth the money but functional

Room was relatively clean but not what we had selected. Bathroom was nicely furnished. Comfy enough bed. Very disappointing to not get the pitch view room which he had chosen months in advance.

The service in the evening for a pre dinner drink was apalling. The service for breakfast the next morning somehow even worse. Food quality was awful and impossible to get a waiter's attention.

The style of the hotel. The staff were brilliant.

Noisy heavy room doors that woke me up early morning every time anyone left their room!

Open spaces. Good size room. Reasonable price

We had very poor service in the restaurant twice. When I complained in writing after the second time, I had no response! I also told the receptionist when I checked out but he was disinterested. We had to ask for a travel cot three times before it arrived in our room. Generally the staff seemed undertrained.

Huge room - very clean and well fitted out in terms of beds + bathroom. Decent quality.

Sadly the insulation between my rom and next room was very poor. We heard the people having animated and exciting sex all night long.
