Great location opposite Richmond Station. Beautiful rooms, bathtub and powerful shower. Staff super helpful. Would not have it as a 3 star, it’s a 4 star.

Our room faced the street and the noise of the street was tolerable but not enjoyable. Not sure how is in summer when is the garden underneath more frequented.

Beautifully appointed, spacious room, location and building. Breakfast was also lovely.

Our shower was clogged, I mentioned it once, nothing was done. There was a really loud sound the whole night coming from outside, I think it might’ve been a loose roof tile. Kept us up most of the trip, I mentioned it to the staff but nothing was done about it. For the price you pay I expected more action to be taken.

Centrally located in town, close to train station.

Could still hear the music from the bar late in the evening.

The room was clean and spacious with lots of sockets, tea and coffee provided, lovely towels and a very good breakfast ( at extra cost) you can have free continental breakfast if desired

The stairs to the bedroom there was quite a lot and when you forget something it's a long way back up to the top floor and could be a confusing layout especially if there was a fire

Great location just in front of the underground station. Very welcoming staff, nice room, very comfortable and clean.

Obsessed with this place. I will be back. It’s so cozy, the staff are so helpful and friendly. The food and drinks in the pub were amazing. 10/10

literally the only thing that sucked is the stairs with a heavy suitcase but the staff helped me with my bag! just be prepared, beautiful old buildings tend to not have elevators!

Really friendly staff, welcomed and my luggage was put in my room once it was cleaned as I was arriving back fairly late.Really clean and spacious, very comfortable bed.

Bed was so comfy Staff welcoming and helpful Room was immaculate Lots of coffee and tea and fresh milk as well as sachetsBreakfast was tasty and had a great selection!The pub was lovely too, and we were room 14 so far enough not to hear any noise.Toiletries were brilliant and plenty of them. Not like many other hotels where you have a tiny bottle to try and use. We had such a lovely time!Overall, such a pleasant stay we were so happy and would definitely return!!

Conveniently opposite the station and handy for everywhere. Staff without exception were all welcoming and friendly. Room was comfortable with everything we needed in working order and nicely decorated. Excellent shower. Breakfast was great.

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon to a busy pub - England France rugby match was on plus there was a large group of families in so no quiet corner to sit and chill. But it is a pub, so we expected busy and noise, and in our room upstairs it was really quiet. And on Sunday, all was calm.
