Room was beautiful, and well stocked with all the amenities. Staff was caring and attentive.

The river view was not actually a "river view" but a roof view. Even from right against the window, we could not see much of the river.

The breakfast was delicious. The whole place was lovely. I arrived around 5.30pm and was unsure of where to go for parking but the on reception was so helpful on the phone and made a great effort to show me where to go so it was very much appreciated.

the room was a little chilly when I got there but it warmed up quickly enough. It is a beautiful room.

Very noisy - we were woken at 7am with staff talking very loudly near our room and someone vacuuming several times from 7am to 9am. Lots of slamming doors.

The staff were excellent, very accommodating and friendly. The food, and overall service was great, would really recommend.

Fantastic location, amazing staff, great vibes, incredible food and I can’t wait to stay again next week, I’ve recommended this hotel to all my friends.

Long way up to second floor with suitcase!My room had a drain smell which I suspect was the shower or sink trap - needs cleaning The bed throw had a few large holes in it.

Utterly disappointing experience , overpriced...

Even after informing the hotel this was our honeymoon night, they were oblivious and not bothered. We booked the cosy room, even though we knew it would be small, the room size is so ridiculous and we both cracked our heads on the eves. Do not book this room for the price. We had used this hotel in the past but it has a very different feel under new management. We went to the bar for a cocktail when we arrived but waited so long decided to give up and go to our cosy rabbit hutch. Not the best ending after an incredible day. Could not recommend to anyone and we are locals.

The room was next to the stairs and the main hallway and we found it too be quite noisy, we were nearly given a champagne bottle on arrival which was £950 instead of the £50 one I was inquiring over the phone but never confirmed I wanted, on check out I was informed my bill wasn't paid then after a manager coming out to sort it we had to wait while the admin was sorted out unnecessary

Rooms were not as described and expensive - no door on en-suite and opposite a full length window overlooking main road. Air conditioning great but noisy - no walk in shower it was an over bath showerFriends room had v low ceiling and was v small but same price as our doubleWe had a light lunch in the garden and we were relaxing and chatting but asked to move to the balcony so someone else could come to the table to smoke a cigar - there were plenty of other spaces but we sensed that the other guests were being given prefential treatment Small details - no milk in room to make tea or coffee - signs alongside most items With price of using or taking them - just gave a feeling of not being welcomedSuch a shame as could be so lovely

Beautiful hotel by Thames. Comfy bed and river room had a great view. Wonderful staff who were friendly and accommodating.

For price I consider breakfast should be included .
