Secure car park at the rear of the hotel. Close to the arena and shopping centre. All the staff were friendly and polite Warm chocolate cookie was a nice touch on arrival

Water pressure in the shower could have been better

Clean, friendly, spacious and secure parking.

Couldn’t find Sky News on the room TV but I’m just being fussy.

Location was good.Room was clean.

The parking around the back - then a walk in the rain to get to the hotel lobby - not great.The long delays for check in - waited nearly 20 mins to check in.Service at the bar - again about 20 mins to get served for a drink during a 4-5pm afternoon service.The bed springs where broken - the bed was really squeaky every move.Out of conditioner - these should be filled prior to arrival.

The guy on reception was friendly and helpful. The first room i was in was clean and nice and the breakfast was always well stocked and plenty of room to sit.

The first room i had the extractor fan in the bathroom kept me awake as it was broken which was established the next day when maintenance took a look. I had to send the mash and the cocktail back on my first night in the restaurant. The second room i had had bits on the floor and had not been hoovered properly and the people in surrounding rooms were noisy although i appreciate the latter point is out of the control of the hotel to some extent. Numerous times reception did not answer the telephone which was very frustrating. The room heating also did not appear to match the temperatures set.

A standard you expect from Hilton

Nothing it’s amazing. The roof top garden and how they looked after me and my 7 year old was great.

Close to where I needed to be. Informed staff

Hair in the shower. Toilet not cleaned. Curtains splashed with what appeared to be red wine. I opened and the wall was also splashed. Card holder for power to the room was on the floor when I arrived. I reattach it myself

Great room perfectly located to MKM Stadium for the Brisbane broncos vs Hull match and the room was super clean amazing shower and staff super helpful and whatever you wanted they were there to help and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Hull.

Very good location for the football stadium.

After parking in the car park we had to walk around the outside of the building to get to the reception.

Everyone was really kind and very friendly. We were staying in an emergency because a family member was at Hull Royal Hospital, so the kindness was hugely appreciated, it was comforting in a difficult situation and we were very grateful.

Ruined

The restaurant, they forgot our order and had us sat waiting for an hour and half, also came to ask if we wanted more drinks we said yes they never brought them, so we asked again then they came, then they tried charging for the extra drinks we never received, really poor and ruined our valentines meal will not be returning

Stayed here multiple times before staff are always polite and the rooms are always spotless!

Again the parking at the hotel is quite extortionate - I have parked cheaper in London for 48 hours! Management really need to look in to having some form of discount applied for people staying at the hotel with regards to parking.

Staff were friendly and helpful, everywhere was clean, location was convenient, very affordable, good food and great facilities around the hotel

My only faultt was, Chelsea fc were staying and had to wait for room to be ready, i think this should have been conveyed that this was going to happen. the situation though handled very well by staff, who were under a lot of pressure because of this.

Pillows where terrible. Far to soft. No bath and bed creeked. Battled to get hot water correct in shower

We received an upgrade as I had mistakenly booked 2 rooms! The suite was gorgeous and I am recovering from surgery so this wa smuch appreciated

My poached eggs were a little undercooked and watery! My only complaint!

The service was excellent, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially the restaurant staff

We had to pay for car parking facilities, which was the 1st time I'd experienced this at a hotel
