Pros +
- Clean and efficient. The accommodation is simple but very good value for the price, I would definitely stay again. It has a Youth Hostel type feel with kitchen facilities and a dining room available for use. The rating of 7 is probably a bi low!
- Location is not bad,clean.
- For the price was a great find. The history of the building was really interesting and the location was perfect for us. Room clean and modernised.
Cons -
- There were no amenities in the bathroom other than towels, it would be good to have a toilet brush, soap and a plastic glass as the bare minimum.
- One of the worst places I ever been in last 5 years.Matrasess too old and uncomfortable, noise isolation is poor-you will hear every breath of your neighbour, floor is wooden based from last century and noisy,no shower gel, neighbours are from poor countries and you feel like in hostel not a hotel.Avoid!
- Shower pressure needs improving

It was good scenery
Bed had springs digging into my body and big build up of limescale/toothpaste around the tap of room 2
Clean Beautiful building
No kettle in roomNo soapTaxi driver warned me to stay safe on arrival
The building and grounds are beautiful. Shared kitchen facilities were also excellent. The rooms themselves were clean, spacious and had character.
Nothing!
I’ve stayed here many times. The rooms are always spotlessly clean. The instructions to enter the building are always sent ahead of time, are clear and concise and are always straightforward .
So, I requested a room as close to the front door as possible (upon booking, a week before)When I arrived at the property on Friday evening, I found my room to be on the second floor at the end of a corridor, which wasn’t ideal.I learned later that evening from a member of staff that I was the ONLY guest in the whole hotel, so why on earth I wasn’t put closer to the main entrance is a bit of a mystery!
ThThe wi-fi worked well as did the TV it was warm to.
The window wouldn't stay open, I couldn't get checked in until gone 12 I was in the cold for nearly 2 hours waiting for booking.com to sort it out for me I ended up meeting a man at door to let me in .
Basic room but functional, well equipped kitchen.
Arrived after dark, difficult to find as entrance from the road was very dark, the hotel sign was tiny, unreadable from a car and not illuminated, Sat Nav was not useful at this point, so eventually had to ask a local shopkeeper for directions..

Bad
Was told that I can arrive anytime between 3pm and midnight. Arrived to be met with no staff, only to find out that I needed a code, one for gaining access to the building and another for the room, I received no code, not even in the confirmation email or message. After no response from staff I was left no choice but to look somewhere else. I find non-staff establishments to be a risk to someone’s safety and wellbeing, thus I’d highly recommend you proceed with caution when booking these types of residences.Down below are photos of what I’ve been sent and what another customer had been sent.
Easy communication, very reasonable for price. Get bed, private bathroom and tv.
All reasonable for price.
No breakfast avalible but kitchen for use but only frying pans and a small milk pan coffee was stale and had to profide my own milj
The mattress was auful the washing machine broke whilst doing my washing and no seperate tumble dryer
Good value for money, contactless check in/out
Car park poorly lit with very big potholes
What an amazing place Endsleigh Park is! My kids would say it was a 'vibe'. I loved my room and the kitchen and lounge spaces. What I loved about it was how low key everything was, beautifully clean and very well organised but you were left very much to your own devices. Because it was the depths of winter I couldn't take full advantage of the outdoor spaces but I think it would be lovely to wander around in.
No milk in the coffee and tea making area. Yep, that's it.
Good price.Room size good, basic but clean.Kitchen clean with lots of space.
Shower temperature was scalding and the temperature dial was too corroded to allow adjustment. Unable to shower which wasn't great. I'd also booked a room for my mum and she had the same issue with the shower in her room.Very few mugs and glasses to be found in the kitchen. Tea towels very stained. I think a review of kitchen items is needed along with a maintenance review of the bathrooms.
Brilliant place on the heart of Hull and very comfy beds
Little bit noisy next door to my room not the places fault
Warm, bright and comfortable. The Kitchen is excellent.
The shower in my room did not work properly, and I was embarrased to have to use the bathroom, because the landing had no blind, and I was being watched by the flats when I went to the shared bathroom in a towel.
Great communication. Comfortable bed, Great shower.
Clean & full of character
Although in a corridor of 2 rooms was awoken at midnight & 3am by people entering & leaving the next door room. Otherwise very quiet.
