We did not like this at all it's not a hotel it is a hostel with multiple rooms and a shared kitchen which you help your self and wash up

LocationClean and comfortable Friendly reception
It was perfect for our needs, good price, good location for us, easy access, pleasant staff
Everything was ok, no complaints
Continental breakfast good, staff were welcoming and nice in general. the kitchen was open 24/7 for hot drinks.
Room radiator did not work which was an issue being that it was a freezing cold entry to our room, luckily there was an electric heater which we utilised, however it would have been nice to walk into a warm room on arrival (February) the room my son and wife were in on the same date thier radiater did not work and they did not have an electric heater to utilise, they by all accounts had a very cold stay, Did not like the entry system being a sequence of key safes open to the elements .
Excellent stay well impressed free reign in the kitchen to have tea coffee when you want yoghurt, fruit, cereals and bread to make toast for breakfast . Just help yourself. Bed comfortable geat nights sleep.
No issues
The area was good and parking as well, the room was nice and kitcen facilities good.
That day was cold outside, and when we arrived, the room was cold about 6 degrees. It didn't get warm till we left the next morning about 16 degrees.
Nothing the place was disgusting, found a fly on my bed. Couldn't even stay there as I felt so uncomfortable and disgusting. I ended up booking another place because I couldn't bear the thought of staying there. It's smelt so bad and there was builders being so loud

Location was good for us as it was close to family. That’s about it.
This is not a hotel, this is a hostel. There’s no staff on site, there’s long term guests who frequent the ‘reception’ (kitchen) who are noisy and make things uncomfortable (we checked in and they were drinking in the kitchen). There’s 2 (or 3, can’t remember) rooms off of the kitchen area, like you open the room door into the kitchen, so given that these long term guests are always in the kitchen, it just makes it extremely awkward getting to your room, and they also are up early and late, so you can hear them all the time.Room 4 was absolutely freezing, the carpet was cold and there was no info on how to get the heating on, so I had to call up on Christmas Day to ask what to do, as if I couldn’t have heated that room I would have left and drove back to Manchester, it was that cold. Turns out the rooms aren’t individually heated, you have to turn the thermostat on in the corridor. I ended up having to swap rooms with my brother who was upstairs. The lamp in room 6 does not work, it just flickers, the shower is honestly the worst I’ve had, I’ve had stronger water flow in a jungle in the middle of Thailand… it took me 20 minutes just to wash my hair. Also, the soap in the rooms and in the toilets is a bar of soap, personally find it a bit disgusting that multiple people are touching the same bar of soap, replace it with hand soap?Anyway, we decided to check out early even though we paid for 2 nights, would rather lose the money than stay in what feels like a hostel.
Really easy check in, clean place and value for money. Well worth a visit.
Nothing at all.
Beds were comptable room was clean
There was a smell of damp by the window but I was expecting that due to the age of the buildingSaid breakfast included but they didn't say was only cereal and fruit
Good clean and comfortable accommodation. Lots of choice for breakfast with everything clearly displayed so you can find cups plates etc to make your coffee and toast etc .
Not all rooms are en suite bit wasn't aware of this at booking. Can't recall so may have missed this info.
nice clean and central place.made to feel welcome and great service.
Room was tiny, shower pressure was very low, toilet was outside of the room and not enough toilet paper
Wasn't a hotel, more of a hostel, doors banging through the night, didn't feel comfortable, didn't stay for the second night of booking, chose to drive home instead, told I could store food in the fridge although it may be pilfered, toile5 next to my room was fir my use but other guests also used it and used all the available toilet roll over night
Very clean, friendly staff
Loud people, was like staying in university halls
Excellent location, onsite parking, shared fully equipped and stocked kitchen.
the location was lovely, easy to find, the staff was friendly.
The bathroom was smelling badly, sink was dirty, the kitchen was unclean when we arrived, plates piled in the sink. In the morning we were expecting a hot breakfast but only cold and toast.
Great location, Paul was very helpful and let us keep our bikes locked away and secure, great room with ensuite, comfy bed, communal area facilities were great
Other guests had left a mess in the communal area but no fault of the place we stayed, you'd think people would tidy up after themselves a bit! But no complaints great overnight stay
