Breakfast was exceptional. So much choice.Room was quiet and clean.

Only annoying thing was having no sockets near the mirror, other than that everything was spot on.

The property was a lovely old victorian-esque building with up to date bedrooms and lovely facilities. The staff were very helpful and accommodating during my stay :)

We booked three rooms for a very good price considering it included breakfast. Staff are friendly. The hotel is quite basic and rooms simply furnished but fine considering the price and the bathroom suite looked new. The cooked breakfast was very good, especially as it was part of the price. Easy to get to city centre, train station and the MKM stadium. Recommend as a budget option if you are staying in Hull for a night or two.

Not a complaint but I don't recall seeing a lift, maybe check with hotel if anyone has mobility requirements.

Absolutely amazing very spacious 3 toilets 2 showers a bath very clean 4 bedrooms staff are lovely helpful highly recommend this property as so close to shops we will return .

The reception staff member was friendly and helpful.David in the restaurant was extremely helpful in helping me find nearby electric car chargers.

Larger bathroom relative to the size of the bedroom with two large beds, sofa and desk.

The room was large and had a sofa. There were tea/coffee making facilities and a TV. All very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room was warm which was great as it was really cold outside. There was a nice bar with plenty of seats. The members of staff we met were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Great value for money, especially with breakfast included, which was good.

The bed was comfy, the room was nice, big and clean. The staff were lovely. It was quiet.

Bed did squeak a lot when getting in and out. The room was cold and the heating didn't work well but I was given a portable radiator to help with this. Kettle had limescale.

The room was cold , the aircon that works on and off sometimes blows cold air (its controlled at reception). You can't turn it up,maybe it was faulty?. I had to buy fan heater from Tesco in the end but was worth it.

Wi fi didn't work. Reception experience was a bit odd. Not given information about checking out / wi fi / breakfast...not exactly unfriendly but definitely not particularly welcoming!
