- Breakfast was fantastic even with a power outage. Dinners were exceptional. Staff were very attentive and helpful, they always checked in with us to see if we needed anything. The room was comfortable and clean with a beautiful view of the bay.

- The staff was helpful when we asked, by the way we did not have the feeling of being treated as hosts of an expensive suite, probably we were not the right target with a 2.5 y.o son.
- The bathroom looked tired; there was nowhere to put our washbags other than on the floor or the WC. The breakfast was fine, but it wasn't what we were hoping for based on previous visits. Some of the little details we enjoyed on our last stay were absent.

the venue and the whole lodge are amazing! located in the south of the Skye Island a bit far from all the amenities of the north but also from the confusion of the tourist. The suite is really large and beautiful! Dinner and breakfast are simply excellent!

Breakfast and dining experiences were delightful. Beautiful dining rooms. Our room had a wonderful view of the loch.
History, location, food
The location is, of course, outstanding.

Location and generally home from home feel.
Food was inedible - over the top use of salt.
Amazing location. Attentive staff. Great food
Nothing I can think off.

Superb as usual. Heating and hot water not functioning very well in our room. Staff provided an adequate workaround.
Everything! I want to live here! In my opinion, they got everything right here and they really make you feel like you’ve come home. The staff are incredible, like old friends welcoming you in after a long day who anticipate your every need. Our room in the Lodge was so comfortable and luxurious. We felt so lucky to have a balcony with French doors overlooking THAT view! Comfortable bed and pillows, a big bath and a walk in shower (loved having both), fluffy bathrobes, roaring fires all over the place, cosy communal sitting rooms, show-stopping food, housekeeping while you’re at breakfast… I could go on and on, but if you’re in two minds and are looking for a luxurious home from home, just book a stay here. I would be so surprised if you’re disappointed. As soon as we left, I was wondering when we could return.
The property at Kinloch is spectacular! The grounds are gorgeous and the staff is extremely friendly. From the moment we arrived it felt like we were visiting family we immediately relaxed and enjoyed the views of the loch Dinner was brilliant as it was delicious and not drawn out too long Breakfast was perfectThe bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was immaculate We will be back!
Excellent customer service. Bartender and morning manager were wonderful. The food was outstanding: porridge and carrot cake were particularly delicious.Amazing attention to details.
I would prefer to stay in the main lodge the next time I visit.A bit cold in the dining room.I wish I had known about afternoon treats: I would have tried to get us to the lodge in time for this.
The view is beautiful and the room is beyond imagination. The English breakfast was very good. I really wish I could stay a few more days.
The room rate is slightly higher.
Beautiful Views and surroundings, superb location and friendly staff and great Food !!
They didn't have and could'nt serve us the wine that we selected from their own wine card, that was shame.!
We loved the location and esp. the friendliness of Isabella.
Being Scottish and such an iconic location we were a bit surprised at being greeted & checked in by a young Australian ? However, all the staff were very friendly and went above and beyond.
Just superb.. Loved every aspect of our stay .
Wonderful room , great views , excellent caring staff , superb food . The best .
We spent the Easter weekend at Kinloch Lodge and had a perfect stay. Everything starts when you arrive at the location: it’s breathtaking. The rooms and the common areas are warm, beautiful and tastefully decorated which create a charming and timeless atmosphere. it feels like the time has stopped here. Last but not least: the service - impeccable, welcoming and extremely attentive to the guests needs. Attention to details (thanks for the Easter bunnies and the dog treats in the room… lovely touches!) and amazing food (some of the best British Modern cuisine we have ever had in over 8 years living in the UK) complete this amazing experience and made our stay really memorable to our whole family. Thank you, Isabelle and team - we will surely be back.
Stunning location. Friendly staff. Good food.
