- Hallways are filthy and smell like an ashtray. Absolutely disgusting. - Wifi signal in room weak and unreliable

I spent a week at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was smooth, the room was spacious. The staff were attentive and courteous. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

I got what I paid. Clean room, good internet, good shower, parking place, close to the highway, silent.

- we were here for the thrid time and again there were no replies to our questions beforehand (we wonder if the host speaks English at all, his German we can hardly understand)- the room was 20€ less expensive than one year ago, but there was no breakfast this time

It was very outdated, very dirty. On the pictures it looks decent still but in real life it was completely different. A lot of potential that is not being used.

First of all I have to say that I travel for work on a weekly basis and therefor staying in countless hotels. I am not fussy at all and don't mind basic furnished hotels. But this 1 night stay was traumatizing. Unfortunately there weren't any other hotels available at this time of the day so I had to put up with it.The whole hotel is in urgent need of renovation! The 2 rooms No 142 and 183 were filthy. The bathroom has had mould in the shower. The shower head and sink tap are rotten. The sink and mirror are disgusting. The whole room hasn't been cleaned probably in month. The mattress sheet has had a big hole in it. The Tv wasn't connected. The receptionist reacted very rude to questions regarding the rooms and refused to move us to different rooms. 2 rooms for 190.00€ absolutely overpriced and not worth the money.If you can avoid this so called hotel PLEASE DO!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL !!!1.On our arrival, we were surprised to find the hotel dark and gloomy. The lighting in the room was also very poor.2. The room was extremely filthy, it was evident , even in the poor light, that it hadn't been cleaned and there was bad odour in it.3.The bedsheets were not white as in the other hotels but they were dark coloured.However, the dark colour could not hide the big stains on them and they smelled badly.4.Spider webs were hanging above two of the beds. 5. The bathroom was dirty and looked disgusting as well, the soap bottle was smashed and there was a quite insufficient amount of soap in it.6.There were some men outside the hotel who were drinking alcohol and looked drunk.7. The front door of the hotel stayed wide open without any control who goes in and out and there was no one at the reception. This was shocking and against the safety rules.8. We asked the receptionist if he could offer us another room or change the bedsheets but he said there was no other room available and hid in his room shutting the door in front of our faces and didn't pay attention neither did he try to help us, which was quite rude. We were shocked by his attitude to us.9. We considered the hotel unsafe and hazardous for our health that's why we left it minutes after we saw the horrible conditions in it.In these circumstances, we were forced to look for another hotel in the middle of the night.

the lift was broken, I had to carry all our heavy luggage over the stairs. the toilet did not flush! so I had to use the bin to fill it with water and then clean the toilet.

No shower soap in the bathroom, the environment is not clean enough and the breakfast didn't worth the money paid

Most of all I liked that it was in the nature. In front of my room there was a tree, nobody could look into my room, it was all green. The room was nice and clean, the stuff was friendly. The only thing was that the carpets floor outside were dirty and old. But this accomodation war really not expenisve, and for this reason I war very happy.

The location is beautiful. It is surrounded by green, with a park right behind it, which you can access through the hotel's backyard. It's worth a walk.

The sheets, pillows, towels—everything had a horrendous stink. As no one was at the reception, we couldn't change the room until the next morning. Not to mention that we got a double room instead of a triple room, as booked. Everything is pretty much chaotic and literally somber as they didn't light up the hall and corridors. The hotel has apparently changed owners/management, and the facilities lack all sorts of maintenance. The owner/manager shows goodwill, but he has clearly no experience. The guests are mostly local workers - not quite for families.

Rooms are dirty and dated. Washroom wasn’t fully cleaned, handles for the shower were dirty. Bed sheets were stained. Towels were stained. Room smelt musky and dirty.

A complimentary bottle of water would be nice.The lift was not working but hopefully it’s fixed by now.

The location was very good: close to the highway and to a park. It has parking places

The rooms and facilities were in a bad condition. I had to switch to another room because the first was stinking of mold (maybe from the bathroom). The bathroom and toilet were barely usable. The man at the desk was nice but did not look professional host. The staff did not look professional either. I would not go back not even for a night.

The receptionist was totally unprofessional, he was talking on the mobile phone with a friend and didn't even interrupt the conversation, he gave me the card from the room, he signaled that the parking lot is in the back and that's about it. There was trash in the trash can in the room, the linen looked used, the shower was dirty, no shampoo or shower gel... just a bottle of liquid hand soap and that one was half empty. I definitely do not recommend and will not visit again!
