Amazing staff! Deserve 10 stars! I had canceled my room because we were coming from the Ukraine border, and there was a large queue. After getting through the border more quickly than expected, the receptionist got everyone in our group a room at 4 am! We were so thankful! Breakfast was delicious. Lots of food choices, and open until 10:30.

At first glance, the room looked tidy, but the overall impression was affected by the quality of cleaning. There were small plastic packages left behind the bedside cabinet, noticeable dust on the textiles, and heavy limescale with rust in the lower part of the shower cabin. After turning on the water, short hairs appeared around the tap in the sink, which was uncomfortable from a hygiene perspective.On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The takeaway breakfast was generously packed and exceeded expectations.

The room and the bathroom are spacious, we had a balkony. The bedding is good quality, beds are comfy. There is a very beautiful and well-kept garden. Food at the restaurant is very good, for breakfast they offer a very wide assortment of food of restaurant quality.

There are a plenty of parking places, quiet location, friendly staff and super breakfast!

Beautiful gardens and nice quiet rooms. The restaurant had fabulous food for dinner and the breakfast was a fantastic array of food.

Very disappointing experience — charged...

Very disappointing experience — charged despite cancellation due to hotel’s faultWe were on a long trip and decided to take a rest. We made a booking at around 1:00 AM on the 8th. Unfortunately, Booking.com does not allow selecting a check-in time after midnight, but the reservation clearly stated free cancellation was available until 6:00 PM on the 8th.About 40 minutes after booking, we arrived at the hotel. At reception, we were greeted by an elderly man who spoke only Polish and didn’t understand any English. For 30 minutes, we struggled to locate our reservation and understand each other, while he kept explaining in Polish that there had been an accident in the hotel and most rooms had no water.Eventually, he called his colleague who spoke English. She explained that due to the accident, check-in was not possible, apologized, and assured us that the booking would be cancelled. We left, thinking the issue was resolved.The next day, however, we received a notification that the full amount was charged, marked as a no-show. We contacted Booking.com support, explained the situation in detail, and were told they would try to resolve it. A few days later, they replied that the hotel refused to issue a refund, and Booking.com could do nothing further.We are extremely disappointed. We did arrive, but were unable to check in due to the hotel’s own issues, and yet were charged as if we simply didn’t show up. This is completely unacceptable. Would not recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was tasty

The property held the wedding. It was loud and hard to fall asleep I would recommend choosing another hotel if you are tired after long trip and wanted to rest There is indeed automatic message on booking that warns you that wedding is going to happen but it’s very easy to miss P.S. toothbrush holder should be in the room

In the room, someone smoked in the bathroom, and they couldn’t change it; the night duty officer was unfriendly. However, in the morning, the shift was fantastic—a gorgeous, wonderful lady who answered and resolved all issues. Thanks to her from employee Antonov.

Convenient location for traveling - not far from the highway and there is parking nearby for hotel guests and a gas station not far away, comfortable and clean hotel and rooms, warm and cozy, no smoking in the rooms and a pleasant smell everywhere, there is a convenient place for smoking on the balconies and on territory for those who need it, very polite staff, delicious breakfast.

The only negative is the coffee in the machine, it was not very tasty in any form. The quality of the coffee could be better if there was a barista and a coffee machine in the hotel and you could order normal, tasty coffee. For such a good hotel this will be a big plus. We liked everything else.

Breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is very convenient.

There are no convenient shelves inside the shower cabin to put soap (not everyone uses liquid soap).

An additional shelf could be placed in the shower cabin. Not all guests use liquid soap. And one can't put soap anywhere in the shower cabin.

Very good breakfast, nice spacious room with a balkony, beautiful garden around the hotel. Delicious food in the hotel restaurant, big servings. The receptionist spoke Ukrainian.

Lazy resteraunt staff wanted us to pay bill before we ate, then "forgot" our desert and said "kitchen is closed" tried to sort it but no management help and next day gave us a bottle of wine and thought that made up for it.....we had driven 1200 miles over Europe and just wanted a decent meal.

Unexpected for such a small town on the outskirts of the country, but a very good hotel. I liked everything. If you need to stay in this region, I definitely recommend it.

Nothing to complain. Probably only water melon at the breakfast. It was rotten.
