I liked that the receptionist empathized with the fact that my luggage was lost by the airline. So she helped me to get some clothes washed by the cleaning staff.

I did not elect to get the breakfast. I thought $25 dollars was too much for no more than I would have eaten.

Spacious rooms, quiet, location, modern interior, comfortable bed, safe parking with plenty of parking spots, short drive to Warsaw Airport, excellent full breakfast buffet.

Nothing comes to mind.

Kind and professional staff, pretty location, comfortable rooms and sauna.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, from the receptionists to the waitresses, everyone is friendly.The swimming pool was warm and had different features that are making a difference from the other hotels, also the jacuzzi and the sauna are nice to have, in our case, we had the entire pool, jacuzzi and sauna all for ourselves. The bed was soft and the room was clean. In general we had a great experience in this place.

Probably the distance from the city center, but if you go by car, this shouldn't be a big issue, it is approx 20-30 mins drive from Warsaw central station.

Quiet area. Laid back atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, individually prepared eggs the way a guest prefers. Friendly staff.Swimming pool.Pedicure and facial option.

Noise from the neighboring rooms through walls.and ventilation. The cup of toilet brush holder definitely was not cleaned for some time. Shower head was in very poor condition, half fallen off, water going all directions. I don't know if the hotel has forest view rooms without balconies. I sadly had a room overlooking another part of hotel - wall, windows. I visited during a low season and the hotel was surely not full. The wardrobe door's lower side is very low. I accidentally squeezed my toe between the floor and the door very painfully. Careful!

Nothing much… The hotel was far too quiet. I had dinner in the restaurant on my first evening and was the only person there…

Pillows were not great and not sufficient but we got additional ones when we asked. Location - it is quite remote so not best if you don't have a car. The room was quite hot

The hotel was very clean and tidy and the room I had was massive.

There wasn't much happening in the hotel, it was a bit soulless. There was no bar.

Still no international TV channels although I provided this feedback after my last stay 3 months ago.

The room was a good size and everything worked fine. SPA section was on the smaller size, but never crowded, in fact we had several longer periods when we were alone in the area and the experience was great. The breakfast is on the smaller and simpler side, but fine. The hotel is a bit outside of Warsaw (impossible to not notice when booking) in a very quiet area, but outside of rush hour you should get to the city centre in 30-40 minutes by car.

Nothing we had not already considered when booking (smaller hotel on the outskirts of Warsaw).

Pretty good option for a calm stay on the way through Poland. Location is not very close to highway and you have to drive through suburbs but the property itself offer pretty good rest. If you come not at night you can even use an indoor spa to relax. Especially because it is not crowded. Spacious parking. Renewed building, clean rooms with big bed and balcony, you can sleep with window open. Garden view. Basic breakfast.

The pillows feels a bit worn.

Great breakfast with lots of choice. Beautiful location with cozy and clean hotel rooms. Great pool with sauna. Easy car parking. Worth the price.

Time to check out from the hotel could be at 12:00 am.
