Excellent location, friendly staff, parking space, rooms are spacious and c;lean. Very good breakfast buffet !

Beautiful modern and clean room, very comfortable bed. The location is excellent. Big choice of breakfast. Lovely and helpful staff. We really enjoyed ourselves and would come back for sure :)

The only one minus is low powered hairdryer.

Spacious, clean and modern rooms. Location is excellent, staff was polite and efficient and breakfast was very enjoyable. Also the meals are tasty, good quality and reasonably priced. After having stayed three more times in this hotel, the experience remains very satisfactory.

Car parking is available in the courtyard, even if it’s paid. I asked for the sauna, and when I arrived, it was already heated – just what I needed after a long day. The breakfast was generous and delicious.

Although this hotel advertises itself as a 4-star property, in my opinion, it feels closer to a 3-star standard. The room matched the description, but the towels were oddly grey, which didn’t leave the best impression. Upon arrival, despite being very tired, I was asked to settle the bill immediately — not ideal after a long trip.I had requested the sauna in advance, and it was warm when I arrived, which I appreciated. However, no towels or bathrobes were offered, so I had to go in fully dressed. It would have been nice if the staff had provided the necessary amenities without me needing to ask.The restaurant is said to be open until 11 PM, but when we arrived at 10 PM, there was no staff present. We had to search for someone at the reception to place an order. Most of the items we asked for were unavailable, so we ended up ordering a beer and a mojito — the latter turned out to be mostly ice with lime juice.We were also told we couldn’t charge anything to the room because payment had already been completed. My husband had to go back to the room for cash, and during that time, I was closely watched by a staff member in a way that felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. A bit more trust and hospitality would have gone a long way.On a positive note, breakfast the next morning was generous and tasty — it definitely helped improve the overall impression.Overall, I would rate this stay 3 out of 5. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into account and works on improving the level of service to match the standards they aim to represent.

Staff was nice, bed was comfortable, it was clean, breakfast was great, location is very good, 5 to 10 minutes walking to city center

The outdoor area was lovely. Breakfast was very good.

Too many things I really don't like it * No curtains in the bathroom , when I took a shower water was over the floor , the glass is very small so even to keep the glass water was everywhere outside of the bath so when I finished the shower I used a medium towel and one small one to clean the floor , dried.** No water in the room , for this standard hotel should be in the room still /sparkling water this is like basic .*** Towels .... It was one big size , one medium and small sizes instead of this should be minimum two big towels for two people medium are not necessary because the are quite small and face towels they are okay but the big size of towels are very important.**** Shower gel in the bathroom.... A very pleasant place to stay during your work trip in Kielce. Very close to train station, city center. Great breakfast, comfy bed, an option to store the luggage after check out.

It is hard to reach main entry with big suitcase. It was not very luggage friendly since there were only stairs in the main entrance.

I like the breakfat however few daye earlier I stayed in Qubus Gdansk and the breakfast there was better. That was a surprise because I thought it should keep the same standards.

It's too expensive. I don't think that's value for money.
