Great location

Nothing to do in area but walk. They charge you for everything even breathing the air!

Simple and clean

I had no air conditioning so had to sleep with the windows open and with train sound at distance

Decent, clean room. Sparsely equipped though - at least an instant coffee (in addition to a tea bag) would be nice. Also the parking around the building is on gravel (mostly), which is less than comfortable. The reception area is small and the staff "neutral".

I was there just for one night, needed to sleep when my child was in hospital, so I do not know how it is located regarding touristic attactions. Nevertheless, place is ok, clean and tidy but simply nothing special.

well, the building from outside is not the best looking as it's so communistic but I guess they do not have influence on that ;)

The staff called me after the stay and was shouting because I had to pay for the towels and bed cover, though only towels were dirty and they were shouting to call the policeThe hotel shouldn’t treat their customers like that and they should have their own laundry room to wash the bed covers I’m not gonna sleep on the floor not to make their covers dirtyNot recommend the administrators at all

Quiet room. Breakfast availability.

Breakfast was a bit repetitive. Would be nice if there was food option available in evenings. Hotel was a bit out of the way from town center.

The hotel is modest, but very clean. Comfortable beds. No noise, quiet. Lady in the reception was very friendly and speaks more than just Polish. We expected much less for such a good price.

Railway station is close (about 10 min by foot) 24 hours reception.

Bed was a little bit soft.

We stayed for one night. The room was very basic, but clean and quite with comfortable beds and hot water.

The surrounding is not great, lots of soviet buildings, only good for a transit stay.

Better to get breakfast somewhere else

The room was very basic and simple, but quiet, clean and comfortable enough for an overnight stay. Helpful staff. On-site parking. We also got breakfast for an additional fee. Overall, good value for money.

No airconditioner in the room, while the weather was very hot.

Clean but cramped room for two persons. Breakfast provided for extra payment and is good. Location is good as well.

We were fined 50 zlotys for a stain on a towel from dyed hair. the administrator told us that it is impossible to clean the towel and I can't believe on it. I had a feeling that it happened because of the attitude towards Ukrainians.I could be wrong, but the feeling is pretty strong.

Sunny room, comfortable beds

The reception surely needs some renovation, it looks old school in not pleasant way, there is no fridge in the room, there is no shelf in the bathroom to leave your cosmetic bags, nothing. The use of plastic spoons, no equipment to brush your floor etc.we stayed for 3 days, weather outside was ugly, a brush for floor would be useful to clean the floor from dust etc.

Wi-Fi could be better. Noise from the room above. Although hotel has lift, I have to carry my heavy luggage up steps to the door of the hotel.

Free private parking. Walking distance to city center, although the route is not scenic, through the residential neighborhood and railway. Comfortable beds, large pillows.

The hotel is in the residential neighborhood built in the USSR, so there are noisy youths in the evening. Parking is not very spacious.

Suitable location for where we needed to be nothing else.

Not the cleanest. Poor breakfast wouldn't advise paying for it.

Rooms were really nice, with comfortable bed. Rooms are perfectly equipped for business travel. Helpful and nice front desk assistants.

It was very noisy - the system of closing the door is really loud. Every time someone was leaving the room on my and neighboring floors, I was waking up from the noise made by the door. Also, other people staying there were noisy long after 10 pm and the hotel was not doing anything about this. Regarding the door closing system - that could be improved. Regarding the noise made by other people - could have been my bad luck.The Internet connection was not good.For business travels - the reception/waiting zone could be improved.

Nice place with friendly staff and best view from room. Not far from H. Sinkevich street and historical part of the town. There are awesome attractions such as Toys and Play museum, National museum located in the Palace of the Kraków Bishops in Kielce (after big reconstructions), cool restaurants and delicious ice cream on the street. Near the hotel only little shops like Żabka (coffee, tea, sandwiches).
