Hotel Willa Hueta

Kinda unusual place. We stopped there for a night during our long car trip to Zakopane. We had a room with a bath! It was such a pleasure to have a hot bath after the long road! Our room was kinda fancy yet simple. We liked it. The breakfast area was really impressive and the breakfast itself was very tasty! We also left our car in the underground parking lot, which was very convenient. We booked the place like in one hour before check in and communication was fast and everything was smooth. In general it was a wonderful stay for us! Thanks!

In the morning we heard music from the breakfast area, even though it wasn't loud and our room was on the second floor. So the sound proof of the building is not perfect.

The noises coming from outside were so loud that it probably means the windows need to be sealed perfectly.

The staff particularly Eric the manager was very helpful and attentive.The building was beautiful and well located for our purposes.

Terrible party music all night!! Not possible to sleep!! ?

Staying at a hotel that turns out to be an all-night discoteque isn't my idea of a four star "hotel". Most people like to sleep at night when paying for a hotel room. Sleeping was impossible with the music playing all night last Saturday - I called the reception at 2 am and 3.30 am to complain - the answer was only "sorry sorry". At 4.30 a.m. when I called about the very loud music that made the whole building vibrate the reception no longer answered. Next morning, complaining at the reception: only "sorry sorry" - no compensation what so ever from the sleepless night. No changing of towels even though I left them on the floor!I also would expect a better breakfast at a four star hotel: there were no fruit, no fresh bread. There was dry toast but no toaster...

Nice hotel in Kielce. From the center it´s not so far and can by reached by walking. Rooms were clean, it´s quiet hotel and breakfast was good! There is also hotel parking but as we had short stay we parked on the street and cost was very reasonable.

To the hotel was not easy to drive because there were road works on nearby street but it does not concern hotel.

Room was ample for the price (which was on offer). Bathroom was modern, clean and the shower pressure was just amazing. Beds comfy

Side bed lamps were broken. Pity, because they were such beautiful lamps.

The location of the hotel (it was located in a good location with easy access to different parts of the city), the cleanliness of the hotel was very good, and the staff behavior was very kind.

It doesn't have refrigerator.

Really good place to stay. 15 min walk to Sienkiewicza street which is the main tourist area. Highly recommended. Hotel itself is pretty, quiet and cosy.

Nice and helpful staff. - Breakfast for 45zl has a good choice and is very tasty. The only minus was the moving toilet seat, slippery Bathtub and music playing daily from 7am.

Amazing breakfast! Cozy room with anything you need. Private parking under the building for additional cost. For us it was a pleasant stay on the way to Krakow. Great location if you want to see the oldtown.

The building looks pretty nice. The room was great... nice bathroom and a huge bed. The location is also pretty good (even though not perfect) - in a quiet area of Kielce, not very far from city center

The location is still not perfect - around 15 min walking from city center. Almost 700 m to the closest good restaurant (if we trust tripadvisor). I had an impression that only one staff member was in the hotel when we arrive

Very small room. 10 m2. I haven’t noticed that while making booking. Otherwise I would choose other hotel. Ripoff price during fairs/exhibition, like triple vs normal time.

It's a little bit away from the centre, and there's not much in the surrounding area, but the hotel was nice. Large room and pleasant staff.

good location, beautiful building and seemed like a really nice and elegant venue for an event (wedding, anniversary party, etc).

nothing was tragically wrong but everything was off somehow. the towels were exfoliating rags, I’m sure prison provides better towels than this (my husband thought I was exaggerating but then he confirmed they are like sandpaper. actually painful.) not very secure, the main entry is open even when no staff are at the front desk. bare minimum blankets and pillows. it wasn’t BAD it just wasn’t COMFORTABLE, I wouldn’t stay there again. I suspect this is not an accredited 4 star hotel.
