Hotel Tęczowy Młyn

The location is absolutely genius when you want to visit the area of Targi Kielce. If we are going back once we will most likely choose the same hotel.

The service in the restaurant and the bar. We were waiting for paying quite a substantial time in the restaurant and the day after we were waiting so long for having our order taken that we gave up.Regarding rooms I would prefer to have one bin in the room and not only a small one in the bathroom.

Hotel was fantastic location as I was attending a trade show which was literally across the street.

breakfast was a bit poor, the wi-fi just wasn't great. I went down for a beer one evening and waiting 5 minutes for a member of staff; however, no one ever appeared. The bar was busy, so maybe it was just bad timing on my part but there were other staff around who could see they had people waiting.

In order to get hot water in the shower you had to put it on for close to 10 minutes, the same experience both days that we stayed. Maybe this was caused by the fact that most rooms seemed to be vacant and that they had put the boiler in some kind of save mode. That was not acceptable. The size of the room is good but left a feeling that it had seen better days.

The staff was helpful and accommodating.

The hotel was located in an industrial area with concrete plants and car dealerships nearby. There were no restaurants nearby nor sidewalks to walk on to other areas of the city. The room smelled like smoke upon check-in and there were many bleach mark stains up the carpet.

Elavator was from Sovjet time. Doors open and close 5 minuts and with metal noice.

Location (big silo's in the back, not many restaurants or shops nearby to buy snack or have dinner.No shampoo provided in bathroom.Parking available but needs maintenance.

The room was very quiet.I arrived late but the Restaurant still had time to produce a very tasty meal.very convenient for the motorway.

No English TV channel option.Truck drivers outside started banging at 6am repeatedly!

VERY good breakfast with wide choice of food, fruits, drinks and various snacks. Room was clean and tidy, clean bathroom, two lifts, nice restaurant with quality food and service, large parking.

Had trouble sleeping because of poor noise insulation, doors wont seal properly so had to put a chair to press the doors tight.4 buses of kids were staying with us and it was noisy as hell till 10.30 PM and had to ask the receptionist to silence the kids. At 6.30 AM it started again. Probably we just stayed at the wrong time. Rooms are old fashioned as the hotel is built in 2008.

Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel. If you need a place to spend the night - it'll do. I wouldn't aim to go there.Breakfasts were awful. Staff constantly away from their stations, had to constantly tour the place trying to find receptionists.Was invited to park the car at the hotel guests' parking. Was later charged for it. No prior warning.Got a room with the wrong beds, took 2 days to fix. Both rooms were not very clean, rooms had just body soap, towels, that's it. It was the most bare bones 4 star hotel I've ever been in, and clearly poorly run. can't recommend.

Tasty breakfast, fresh products, good coffee. The room was clean and inviting, although on the small side.

I stayed there on Saturday night and received a bonus, namely loud disco music lasting well past midnight. I am not sure if there ara any rooms where music can't be heard. As a rule, avoid staying in this facility if Saturday night music is not on your list.

Nice business hotel close to fair in good area. About 6 km from city centre. Free and spacious parking.Great breakfast buffet, and nice restaurant. Staff also manage English (basic) Rooms are clean and spacious.I would stop here again.

I can admit the breakfast and variability of a food at the breakfast can be considered as a strength of the hotel

The staff was not able to accommodate the preliminary request for additional bed for a 5 year old kid, which was confirmed via booking.com, the receptionist could not help at all, finally we tried to guide her with options, however it did not help. She constantly was trying to call the senior staff to ask for guidance where to locate additional bed, the keys etc. and after few hours from check-in it was solved and we got another room with additional bed. The management needs to focus on training of personal prior they start the work (at least to know the simple services which are in a scope of the hotel). In addition the hotel restaurant accommodated the party of teenagers with laud music up to 03 AM, and the special 'gift' was provided at midnight when we heard very laud fire alarm asking to immediately proceed to the exit, you can imagine the stress of 5 year old kid, and when we were out we were informed that it is fake alarm because of the joke, hope this comedian received a fine.

As I was visiting a fair in Kielce and the Hotel is located just opposite the fair, the location is more than excellent. The hotel anyway is nice, breakfast is good for a business breakfast, personel is very helpful. This time I had no dinner at the hotel, but earlier the kitchen was good.
