Staff was very accommodating and pleasant.Location is great. Beautiful view of the castle.A bit of a walk from the train station but doable.

No elevators on site. It’s a historic building so it’s understandable. Climbing 3 levels with suitcases is challenging

Well maintened old hotel. Filling of quality. Spacious room. Great king size bed. Very good shower, plenty of hot water. Sheer towels. Great breakfast. Nice courtyard.

Terrible Experience – Not Worth the PriceI expected a premium stay given the high price, but the reality was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, no elevator and far below even basic hygiene standards. The staff were unhelpful, inattentive, and showed no effort to make guests feel welcome.

The staff , windows in the room opened to courtyard and was beautiful. The breakfast was good.

Food

I changed my mind to stay shorter. Hotel staff gave my information to a friend who lives there Told my dates I have bookeef. Staff should have told my friend to ask me...

Desk open all the time. The staff were very helpful. Didn't have breakfast but looked very nice. Next door is a little shop makes fresh donuts - opens at 10am if you want an alternative breakfast. Looked quaint but everything worked. Very convenient for the station. Short walk along a straight road - you cant get lost. If I go to the city again I would stay there.

Nothing to dislike but if you cant do stairs make sure you ask for a ground floor room as there is no lift.

Great location - the hotel is located in the centre of the old town, it's also not far from the railway station. The breakfast was really good - really big choice of meals.

Our neighbours could control our TV by their TV remote control. So it was impossible to watch TV :(

There was a smell in the bathroom - possibly from the pipes as it's an old building, there could be more shelves in the bathroom and bigger shower, small leak from the sink tap

Great location, clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. Hotel is situated in the centre of town, walking distance to all main attractions. Staff really lovely. Very comfortable bed. Good standard of continental buffet breakfast. Great value for money. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, very good location, clean and tidy but I rate cleanless and comfort a bit low because you could feel it everything is a bit old.

Very helpful staff, great location, good value for money

We supposed to have "Bed(s): 1 full bed, 1 queen bed" and it turned out to be just 1 full bed (and no extra queen bed) which we then switched for small twin beds in a different room. No hard feelings though, given the price it must have been too good to be true, I assume there have been some unintentional error in the room description.

Poor noise protection - people in the room next door had a noise party and was not able to sleep for some timeToo many air refreshener everywhere, including restaurant / dining room

The location is perfect, the staff very supportive and nice and the facilities inside the room were very good. The room was comfortable. Overall the stay was very nice in a perfect area right next to the cathedral.

The elevator is missing, so when you have large badgage it is not so comfortable. But it is a building with few floors 2-3, and some of the staff anyway helped us with the baggage, so overall it was not a big problem.

The furniture is a little old and the bed not so comfy.

Location is just perfect, in the heart of Old City, bus station and railway station 10 minutes by walk. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.

Plenty of breakfast options. City centre location, but in a quiet courtyard off the main street.
