- It is advertised as SPA, and yet they accept families with small children. This is not usual for SPA nowadays and can ruin your stay if you are unlucky to have neighbours with an infant or really young kids (it was few of them during our stay).

Very nice and spacious indoor swimming pool. Another pool is located outside, with holiday-like vibe. Good breakfast with variety of choices. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for visiting Swietokrzyskie Mountains.

We had an excellent stay. The room was spacious and very clean with a lovely view of the forests.The food is excellent.
I found the bed a little uncomfortable for a 5 star and would like an a la carte option for breakfast. A kids club would be a great addition.

Beautiful hotel with perfect spa, well-equipped. We ate dinner in the restaurant ( nokdle soup and chicken, octopus, caesar salad) was very tasty and git big portion. Breakfast was also very good.

The lady at the reception that checked us in was rude and patronising. Hotel in general doesn't live up to the 5 stars hotel expectation of mine. Rooms and restaurant feel a bit outdated
Staff and service was expectational, we were treated like royals :) late check out for free, room service, bare you name it everything was just perfect! Food was delicious, great spa

Spa service which didn’t make sure that promised late checking out is secured to get the treatment and massages for two. No apologies and no reconpensation, the customer service is not for 5-star hotel.I will not book it anymore.
