Hotel Altbacher Hof

The hotel was clean and breakfast was wonderful.

The location was not in walking distance to restaurants or pubs.

Lovely clean hotel, staff especially sherry were so friendly, and gave good advice for visiting places.Breakfast was excellent lots of choices .

Bit far out if you didn't have a car , Quiet a walk to train station .

breakfast, room size, clean, access

parking

Very good breakfast & very friendly doing their upmost to make it comfortable.

Bad maintenance on the building and facilities. Just standards things that are on the edge of acceptable quality.

Nice quiet location. Rooms where clean and tidy.

Smoking took place directly outside the bedroom window and all the smoke got blown into the room. Would have been nice to have food and a bar on the premises.

Did not like a single thing!

Beds are awful. They’re not proper beds, they’re thick cushions! Unbelievable!!!The annoying sound in the bathroom each time you used it…. I understand it’s to air the place but seriously annoying!!!!Rooms not cleaned every day.Way too overpriced for nothing more than a cheap guesthouse marketed as a “hotel”. Even Premier Inn or Travel Lodge feels like a luxury compared to this dump.

Staff Very Welcoming, Secure Free Parking, Fast Wi Fi.

Replace the Pillows

Breakfast was excellent. Room/bed were comfortable, and I should expect noise from a nearby airport.

I'm not a fan of unmanned check-in where you call for instructions - would have appreciated having the code to get our keys a little in advance.

Room was simple but comfortable and big enough. Check-in from 1pm is very good.Very good value for money

The parking is small, with a large car it can be difficult.

Very good location to explore. Wonderful breakfast. And very clean and comfortable room.

We arrived at night, and finding a parking spot was difficult. Less parking than rooms.

The breakfast was good with a decent amount of options. The parking is easy. The location is convenient for car and for train travel.

The hotel was easy to access, lifts from parking area to all floors, room very quite even though near to railway.Comfortable bed, good shower room. Very acceptable for overnight as near Autobahn.

free parking, lift in the building and good enough breakfast

one of the Windows of the room Couldn’t be closed as it needed a key for the lock to be closed and there’s no one in the building after 8pm to contact to come close it so we slept with one window opened while it was end October and we had a 7 months baby with us. there should be someone to contact in case of emergency!

Very friendly staff, nice comfortable beds, and a great breakfast with lots of options. Also free parking, good location, free wifi.

Small room and tiny, tiny bathroom, a bigger person would have issues getting in the shower. Also no light switch but a motion sensor light - which went out while in the shower. Shower smelled of mildew a bit. Room could have been a bit cleaner. Not sound proof. Tiny tv. But all in all fine for a few nights.

Spotlessly clean. Very quiet. Nice roomy shower. Great breakfast. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great to be able to park on site free of charge.

great breakfast and friendly staff!
