Pros +
- The room was very clean and well decorated with a large bathroom and balcony, and the restaurant in the lobby was wonderful and a great value. Very very close to the Jasna Gora Monastery.
Cons -
- Terrible customer service policies. We were charged extra without notice for early check in (based on the hotels clerical error) and then charged for the breakfast we were offered as a condolence. Would not stay again.
