Super clean. Spotless. Good location, easy parking.

A bit old fashioned and it is on the side of a 4 lane road and extremely loud. Ask for a room that does not face to the road.

- We were in Częstochowa for most obvious reason here (pilgrimage to Our Lady of Częstochowa), so we valued the location, which is really perfect;- Great view to the monastery;- Decent breakfast;- Mostly friendly stuff (I must always note that I’m fluent in Polish, that’s why I normally get nearly local experience in there, but my wife doesn’t speak Polish, yet she was welcomed as well)

— Electronic card door lock worked very bad, even housemaid struggled with it, trying to get to our room;— Shower cabin was maybe a bit to little for me (I’m a big guy)

The staff were super friendly and helpful.The breakfast had locally sourced products and was just delicious. We will definetly come back!

Nice position, fair conditions

1. I asked for an additional pillow (any pillow) but they couldn't find one2. The WiFi is horrible both in terms of infrastructure and bandwidth, it is very difficult to do any work3. The tv set is very old and the channel choice is pathetic

Location: excellent, very close to Jasna Gora. Breakfast: delicious. Many excellent breakfast options. Local breads and meats. Rooms: comfortable but a bit small. Perfect for a short visit to Jasna Gora.

Second time we are staying here.Great location in the heart of the city. Quiet, comfy, clean rooms and nice bathroom.Great breakfast in the morning. Coffee and tea in the room. Car park available.Professional and friendly staff.

Hotel located in the mid of city. My room was comfortable and had very nice view for Jasna Gora Abbey. Hotel offers very good breakfasts.

Hotel have limited parking space (specially when you arrive quite late). Building of hotel is not newest one.

Good breakfast, nicely decorated room, clean, very good location. Big plus for unlimited availability of still and sparkling water in the hallway, so you don't run out of water to drink in the room.

Too hot. In (warm) April temperature in the bathroom was like in sauna and there was no possibility to turn it off, which was making the whole room too hot to sleep comfortably.

The receptionist were super professional.

There were no vegan options for a breakfast. I wouldn’t mind paying 70 PLN for a breakfast if they had more than just a lettuce and a cucumber as an option for someone who is vegan, NOT VEGETARIAN!

location is close to town centre and Jasna Gora -we have stayed many times for visiting family.Pool room is good fun & the staff will get you a beer.Gym is handy.massage chair is good.

Hotel is in great location. Room was right size, warm, quiet and comfy. Bathroom a bit small but just right for what we needed which is a place to stay during a brief and fully packed trip to Czestochowa. We will stay here again in May actually. Breakfast was amazing, full of great choices. Hotel offers parking as well. Staff was nice, friendly and professional. Overall we had a great stay in this hotel.

Locationw was excellent but the room was tiny. Bathroom badly designed, small and therefore inconvenient

Old structure, poor room furniture, very old bathroom with damaged parts and non functioning appliances.

Clean, pleasant staff. Close proximity to the most important place in Poland which is Jasnagóra. Could not have asked for a better location and a better view from the window overlooking the Basilica ♥️

The price for the breakfast is extortionary. 70 PLN (£13) for breakfast for one person is too high for Poland. You can get a dinner for a couple for this price.

It was a great stay, staff was super professional and kind.Room was very comfortable, clean with a very comfy bed.Cleaners and amazing room service.Dogs are very welcome, unlucky you can't go with them to the restaurant but room service is free.

Toilette is a bit tiny but renewed and super clean.

Room was in East side so in the morning was very hot and AC didnt manage to cool the room.
