Clean and big room. Close to Philharmonic. We were second time and for next concert we definitely select the same hotel.

Huge room but bathroom rather small.

The accommodation was beyond expectations! A very clean location and equipped with everything you need, located on a quiet street, right in the city center. We stayed in the superior double room with balcony. It is warm in the room, it smells clean, there is air conditioning, a table, 2 chairs, a bathroom with a shower, towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, etc. The room and the private bathroom are very large, the cleanliness is impeccable, you get everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bathroom has a shower.

The mini fridge didn’t function—and smelled rotten inside. A considerable hike to Jasna Góra—30 min. All hallway activity was heard from within the room and vice versa.

The hotel is good in general for the money. Parking is right inside the hotel.

Broken shower in the room, the water was spilling outside of the shower nozzle. The inside of the room was not looking great, the furniture, bathroom etc were visibly old. We paid for the breakfast, but when we came at around 9am there was almost nothing left on the table. The staff proposed us to prepare something specifically for us, but it was not nice.

Small hotel somewhat old but very comfortable and great value for money.

The staff was very welcoming. Check in was assessable in the night. We used for one night say in the way through Poland. It could be spot for staying and exploring old city.

It was quite a issue to get the answers by phone in English

The Hotel has an excellent position, in a quite place very near to Częstochowa center.It has a free private parking.Rooms very spacious and really comfortable.Staff, so nice and makes you feel like home.Nice and lovely breakfast.

There is a closed courtyard for parking, it is safe to leave a car. Good breakfast. Spacious room.

This is a gem of a small hotel. It is like a Faberge egg that is nice on the outside but so beautiful on the inside. You walk in and are ao surprised by the beautiful interior design and attention to detail. We asked for a twin room so our room was large for a twin and had a desk areas It had comfortable beds. The bathroom was a good size for a small hotel. The room was very light and airy and we had a lovely view of the interview courtyard patio. We ate dinner two nights at the hotel because I had the flu and the food was excellent and very reasonable. It is perfectly located between the old town and the Shrine. I used their sauna and two person jacuzzi bath in their spa area which was tastefully decorated and very relaxing. The staff was very accommodating.

Location near to Jasnogóra, but not on top of it, was great. Staff was SUPER helpful especially with helping with luggage and getting into a challenging parking spot.

Kind staff and easy to check in. Parking spot for free is definitely a bonus.

Not very clean in room, found few female hairs under pillows, second pillow wasn’t clean, was not working air extractor in bathroom.In other apartment was not working the toilet.

The size of the room was huge and cheap. The location was perfect, right in the city centre.

We didn't get parking and we were offered to park on the street (which is paid after a certain hour). The bedding was not clean, it seemed like it was not replaced after previous visitors...

The beds were very comfortable, nice hot shower water and air conditioning. The hotel had a pool table which the kids loved and a terrace on the roof. Polite staff.

The breakfast was very Polish, not much choice for children.

The breakfast surrounded by flies, some vegetables were frozen, got some food poisoning.The staff was rather unpleasant. The surrounding street contained trash and had bad smell. Room was old and required some renovation.
