Nice and very clean hotel with delicious breakfast . Spacious room with good size bathroom.

No elevator

The location!The girl at the reception was very friendly, kind and helpful. They had ample free parking on site. The room had two separate rooms and was quite comfy. We used only one of the rooms. Overall, a good place to stay overnight and we would stay again, next time without breakfast.

The breakfast was quite poor, and they didn’t have green tea.We would have appreciated a kettle in the room. And I still don’t understand the large pillows that are half the size of a bed. And the duvet cover was not 100% cotton.

A normal spacious room, if you are traveling it is a good option for a one night stay.

The window of the room faced the side where the hoods from the kitchen were located and there were smells, with the window open it was impossible to be in the room, and with the window closed it was hot as there was no air conditioning

Clean room, comfortable twin bed but noisy when I turn myself on the side. Generally nice furniture and stile. Warm room, bathroom and silent surroundings if you need to sleep (a part from the noisy bed)Free parking

No lift (my fault I forgot to check), not even an additional trash bin in room the only one was in the bathroom; no minibar (my booking confirmed that but there was only a small bottle of water), too many cables outside and i had to plug in some to get lamps working, the small fridge was off and empty no mini bar, there was only a very small portion of shampoo not sufficient for even a decent shower. Also, i wanted to have breakfast but when i saw the poor "Swedish buffet" i went back to my room with no breakfast. Pick up another hotel in Częstochowa I won't come back here for sure

The interier is nice, room looked mostly all clean. Shower and toilet were all clean. Enough gels and soap. Working air conditioning. Clean sheets.The personal was very kind, all of them.Reseption woman was so kind and made me tea at 10.30pm I guess, since I didn't have a cattle in the room. Thats much appreciated.Recommend for visiting and staying

Pretty noisy outside of the room when someone pass by.Not the best beds. Mattres was good, but the bed is too old. I believe there are not so expensive ones that would make much less noise even when you just try to move on another side while sleeping

Breakfast and restaurant.

Almost no internet and wifi dropped constantly. Small shower cabin.

Disappointing

No could water in the shower. Instead of double room, single room was provided (1 set of pillows, towels etc.).

The hotel was clean and the staff polite, the breakfast was great with lots of food. As someone who has lived in the city, the location is in a quite area with a tram stop a short walk away, which will take you to the centre.

Lovely hotel staff and facilities very good . Food was lovely i the restaurant and well priced.

Horrible

Too stars too many. Old, loud, and they sneakily charged me twice. When I realized they lied about it and did all possible to avoid refunding one of them, until Booking got involved. Be careful.

The room was clean enough.

If you are super sensitive person for smell, i would not recomend this hotel, because in the romm there were constant strange smell, which was not pleasent at all. And we were not able to open the windows, because of outside smell from the kitchen. If you to smell like pancake this hotel is for you.

Nice, clean hotel, in quiet area. Very welcoming and helpful stuff and good value for money.

The location of the hotel in the add is confusing, while booking it seems that the hotel is in walking distance to the centre but it took some driving to get to the centre
