- Nice hotel, comfortable beds
- Very nice breakfast, hotel spatial and comfortable beds , Nice and helpful staff especially lady from the reception desk was very kind and helpful. I would recommend to everyone.
- Great place to stay tidy and comfy and the staff is nice to you. Recommend the breakfest - was delicious.
Cons -
- It's not close to Madonna painting as advertised!. The building looks.nothing like on photos. Crippy walls, needs paint and patching, Parking lot covered with grass and sand. Dark inside hallways and stairways. Restaurant closed.
- Location far from the centre. We booked on New Year’s Eve as we joined the event that was happening at the hotel. Hotel didn’t seemed fully booked, however staff didn’t offered a room farther from the event. As the result, we slept literally above the dancing room, therefore as we went sleep at 3 and party lasted till almost 7, it wasn’t comfortable

Very comfortable and big rooms. Quite area we slept very well. The breakfast was excellent with big variety of food. The hotel is pet friendly and we could stay with our dogs together. Strongly recommended! We will definitely come back when next time travelling to Poland!
Quite clean
A bit outdated and worn, would need a update. Location is close to gas station and quite noisy
It was cheaper
There was no facility even for making coffee or tea. The restaurant of the hotel was also closed and to eat we had to go to the restaurant located in next hotel.
I liked the room.
There was no coffee or tea in the room, only a kettle. There is no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.
I thought the beds, though at first a little soft, when you sat on them, were very comfortable. I liked the spaciousness of the room, and the balcony. Even though it had a feeling of being on a out of town industrial complex, I didn’t even mind that.
I didn’t like the unwillingness of staff to send a taxi to where I was arriving at 8pm. Due to a number of unforeseen circumstances, I was a little behind with paperwork so it wasn’t until I was almost there that I saw the message saying that there would be taxis outside, & “if not” this is a number! It was dark and misty when I arrived and it wasn’t nice! When I got back having been driven by a slightly creepy driver who I’d hailed, who was leering at one point, I explained this to the staff and thought this important detail was understood, but alas when I got a taxi the following day to a well known site and had unsuccessfully tried to contact the taxi firm for a return trip, I called the hotel who said they’d contact them. When twenty minutes passed, I recalled them, and they said that the taxi firm had said they sometimes can’t go to the outside of the place because presumably it’s spiritual nature, but they hadn’t bothered to call me, and I felt they should have driven to a nearby location and met me, though I doubted that reason but the attitude was of not really caring, which is a contrast to how they wax lyrical about their connection with the place. There are some people who seem like nice people here, but basically it’s a hotel for working men, and if you don’t have your own car and may have perceive yourself to have extra needs basically “too bad” in this respect I think it’s a bit disingenuous. Talking of coming back after your trip and relaxing, yes if you can get a taxi! More understanding needs to be acquired about how certain strangers may perceive areas. Also an extension of ‘positive branding’.Regarding the bathroom. It was attractive, but wasn’t properly configured as a wet room and you worried about flooding. The fitting of the sink tap unit was a little tight, but ultimately I would have been willing to forego most of these comforts if the considerations of me as an individual traveler and what I think are reasonable requests.
Good hotel. Furnishings, location. Attentive staff.
Nice room had alot of space with friendly staff.Exactly what you would expect from a 3 star hotel :)
Cant think of annything
The location is convenient, when you travel on A1. The staff was nice and they arranged gluten free bread for breakfast. Breakfast had nice variety to choose from. The room was spacious. There is free parking . Car charge station is available if needed.
The building is not well kept. There were feather pillows and carpet. Mattrace was too soft and not comfy. Had three spiders in the room. There was no fridge.Bathroom vent not clean.Blinking smoke detector above the bed.Towells were rough like sandpaper.Broken hooks still left on bathroom wall and other details as signs of poor maintanance.
Well equipped hotel with everything you need. Absolutely amazing staff. Lovely smiling, great receptionist. Great free parking. tasty and very rich breakfast
Really terribly soft mattress until it was uncomfortable
The Shining IRL?
When walking in the hotel i make a instagram story joking that the entrance of the hotel made me think about the movie the shining (the light at the entrance where flickering. After a long but lovely checking in( it was the first day of the girl at the reception) i proceeded to my room, when opening the elevator doors ( at my floor) the first thing i could hear was a girl screaming, after realizing that i'm not in the shining it seems like she was screaming out of enjoyment....Proceedings down the hallway to my room i swear i felt like i was in a scene of the shining. In the room it's outdated but fine, although the night i kept hearing people opening and closing the door and by opening and closing i mean slamming the f ing thing I might come of as harsh in this review but this is genuinely what i experienced and felt. All and all not a bad experience but just a let's call a night i won't forget
Overall the Hotel is ok, clean.
-People who spoke too loudly, shouting in the middle of the night for a couple of hours....I had to get out of bed and go to the reception to complain....unacceptable !!-Mattresses are to be changed
Hotel was old but nicely clean
Bed I did not like. To soft for me.
Pleasant stay at this property. The staff was absolutely nice and helpful. The room is spacious whit a lot of room for your stuff. The bathroom is clean and there is a nice bath tub. Balcony is a plus. Price is good.
A little signs of run down here and there. The furnitures are not the most comfortable. No furniture on the balcony to sit out.
It was a clean room with air conditioning and free parking. Dogs are allowed for a small fee. Really great location for travellers.
We took breakfast and it’s definitely not worth the price for the selection you get. There were no bath foot towel which was a bit strange for a hotel.
Good breakfast.
A bit far from the center. So car is necessary to get around.
Comfortable, clean place
good value for money, but two things to notice is that there is no fridge and the bed in the double room might be pretty narrow
