Festive atmosphere , beautiful spatial room , and very good buffet breakfast !

Apartments was clean and includes everything we need. Friendly staff. SPA was available. Available prive parking (paid).

Our room was very cold and the air conditioner only seemed to be on cooling mode or it doesen't work propperly. In addition, the water was very cold almost all the time. It is difficult to find a place in the spa center, there are very few places.

Interesting building. Local bakerd goods were tasty.

Bathroom with glass wall is really weird idea. The room was relatively small. Breakfast food selection was limited.

The suite was great, white and black deco, very nice bathroom, large comfortable bed. The breakfast was good. Great sauna and steam room. Great value for money overall

Not very central, 15mn to center with tramway 5mn walking distance. The jacuzzi was broken when we came, and the spa room a bit noisy with engine rumble. Overall might not be 5 stars but still great value for money.

It was nice but i didn’t get the room I booked I paid for! I booked the room in the picture and I got a totally different room I got the deluxe but nothing about the room was deluxe the phone for room service was not working nor the phone numbers in the book they leave in the room

Bed mattress was a bit soft

Great breakfast and staff. The location suited us very well. We were a quick tram ride into town but just outside of the busiest areas of Wroclaw.

This place is a dream. Beautiful building, the rooms are perfect but especially the bed, is the most comfortable bed I slept in. The SPA is great too. But the best part is the breakfast, everything was amazing about it.

– Parking was advertised as included, but in reality costs 80 PLN / 20 EUR per night.– The swimming pool shown in the advertisement does not exist (only a small jacuzzi).– The Finnish sauna was out of order.– No refund or discount offered for the missing and non-working facilities.

We have been there around 20times in total.

There is not enough staff for the guests when the hotel is full. Very very slow service in the restaurant especially and the last few times quite disappointing food as well.

From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. The spa area is a real highlight – I spent time between the hammam, sauna and jacuzzi, and it was the perfect way to switch off from everyday stress. Yesterday I treated myself to a massage, and I must say it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time – both professional and deeply relaxing.

Everything was great. Huge bedroom, tasty breakfast. They even had a little bathrobe for my son! They also had high quality products in the bathroom, like soap and shampoo. Location is great and in fron of a tram, is you want to visit the city center.

I thought the gym was bigger, but it's actually just a corridor and in the middle of the SPA area.

Clean rooms, nice aesthetic, everything looks and feels expensive, very nice and professional staff, I liked the breakfast and the price ist really good for a 5-star hotel

the spa was small and very full. People go inside the sauna with swimwear on, which releases dangerous chemicals. Children in the spa.

So arrived at property , first impression was good, then was told there was a wedding . Was told I was going in the new building and it would be away from the wedding ….. this was not the case , music was directly below me and didn’t stop till 5am the next morning , didn’t sleep all night as my bed was vibrating all night , sent a message to the property hoping for some sort of reply and got nothing. It was by far the worst nights sleep I have ever had! Then the next morning I thought I would get up and go for breakfast and sit in the spa hoping my room would get cleaned and I could then go back to sleep … return back to room at 4pm to still not have been cleaned , had to call reception over-wise I don’t think it would of been done. Very disappointed with the whole place and will not be returning. Didn’t even get a message back from the hotel to acknowledge the whole situation or offer any sort of solution. Waited 24 hours for a message and didn’t get it so here I am … my advice for any one going to stay here find out if they are having a party etc and if they are do not stay there.
