Korona Gold - Korona Hotel Wrocław

Stunning corner view room of Christmas market and NYE festivities. Beautiful facilities and fantastic location. Easily recommend.

No complaints.

Excellent location although not easy to access via vehicle during the Christmas market - we parked 800m away and walked with our luggage. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Two bottles of sparkling water were in each and coffee/tea making setup. Breakfast is excellent - large variety of cold and hot foods. Espresso machine available for specialty coffee and several types of homemade juice. WiFi was consistently good in the rooms.

Rooms facing the street have a bit of street noise. Nothing a white noise app didn’t take care of. There is no shampoo provided - just liquid hand/body soap which is surprising for a 4 star hotel. The beds are comfortable but the pillows could use a refresh.

Great location for a hotel. Visiting Christmas markets, walk from train station into the beautiful old town. Room is very comfortable, modern and clean. Shower water pressure, great. Staff are friendly.

Location! My room overlooked the Christmas market and it was beautiful to see the markets up higher. It is a wonderful location anytime of year

Furniture in room, and rugs, seemed tired and had some stains, but overall room was very spacious with plenty of storage and seating.

Location was great.

WiFi was horrible. Room did not have a safe.

The location was par excellence. Easy access to restaurants and stores. The hotel was very efficient and clean.

Location was great, you walk out of the Hotel right into old town, that was great. I thought that it could be loud at night, but it was great.

I understand, old town, traffic is difficult, parking is a problem. Hotel provided parking space for a fee.

Located 10 steps from the main market square, yet it was very quiet in my courtyard view room. The room was very spacious.

I had 2 different pillows. One very soft and almost non-existant. The second, very "tall" and firm.

Large room beautifully furnished. Great location and excellent buffet breakfast. Lots of space for suitcases.

The location was right in the heart of everything. and The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel staff was very upbeat and friendly.

Location was good. Otherwise hotel is two or three stars no extravaganzas but clean many grocery shops around so there was no need for any breakfast or dinner in hotel Stuff was solid and polite No security box inside the room TV channels are limited for any international news one or two German Channels and Bloomberg

No extravaganzas very basic

Location of the hotel was a few steps away from the centre (so very close to all amenities) and while it was a busy street and my room was on the first floor with a street view, the room was completely sound proof. Staff were friendly and the room including the bathroom was big enough. Room was pretty comfortable and enjoyed my stay here.

Good location, easy to get to. Clean, modern, good breakfast.

Room was too warm even with AC on lowest setting. And if you open the window, there is street noise.

Location - couldn’t be more central to old town, all bars and restaurants.

Beds were a little hard and staff, whilst generally convivial were a little abrupt with requests like for a later check out.

The front desk staff were great -- helpful, engaging and sincere. While pricey, the buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

I had trouble with keeping the very slow wifi working throughout my stay. Daily room servicing was slow and inefficient. Trash was emptied and towels replaced when requested but there was no vacuuming and the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly.

Very good location to explore old city centre. Clean, modern room, practical layout. Good size bathroom and shower. Nice breakfast. Very friendly staff at the reception and breakfast room.

Location

Cleaning staff didn’t finish cleaning room, left one of the beds unmade and towels were not exchanged. Requested new towels and only received hand towels. Shower has a design defect and gets a lot of water on the floor.

Very convenient, very comfortable, excellent breakfast and gracious staff

Very centrally located, clean, the staff were nice.

price is a bit expensive, the mattrasse was too soft.

Location

The inner courtyard is literally a dump. The fitness center is not equipped, there is not a single dumbbell, only one machine.
