I'm staying in the place regularly therefore getting a room next to a room being renovated (noises in the morning!!!) is not very nice.

I liked river view, location and overall stay was comfortable. There is a bar and restaurant downstairs, bar is opened till 12am. Front desk staff is nice. Checkout time is 12pm - that's nice!

Parking is 90 zloty per day (should be free/included at this price $300/day for a 4 star hotel). Breakfast is also 90 zloty per person (this is about $25.00 US) In USA continental breakfast is either included in the price of stay or $15-$20 per person. Beds were comfortable but pillows were too thick, I slept without them.

The location was nice. Outside a fair amount of shops and food spots. Breakfast was nice.

The rooms were made out to be super pristine on the photos but when we got there it was quite disappointing. Also even though the breakfast was nice, it wouldn’t hurt to switch it up a bit everyday.

One lift not working, so took quite long waiting time to get upstairs.

Great location. Spotless and clean room. Nice stuff and fast check in. Nice ammenities in room, great view towards Odra islands.

I think the matress quality is a bit bellow 4 star hotel. But it didnt ruin overall experience.

The facilities are quite old. There is only one tissue box/one trash can in the bathroom.

+ Great location.+ WiFi works fine.+ There is a fridge in the room (but not much space in it because there is lot of overpriced stuff there).+ There is a kettle, some (very basic) coffee and tea in the room.+ There is safe in the room.+ Bathtube in the room (but pretty small, so not really comfortable and forger about fitting two people in it ;-) ).+ There is (very) overpriced parking there.+ There is a nice view from the room if you manage to get room on upper floow or/and on the river side.

- If I ask for quiet room it doesn't mean a room next to the lift and next to rooms being renovated. And that was not my first visit in the hotel, so I would expect some politeness (unless you're targeting one-timers)...- if you get a twin room then beds are pretty narrow...- Safe in the room was not functional, I didn't need it but still it was broken...- No power outlets next to the bed.- It would be sooooooo nice if they have something better than Tyskie on the tap in the city where every second pub has at least few craft/Czech/Slovak beers ready to be served...

Receptionist misled me about included breakfast, was very not pleased to hear this when I was selecting meal and needed to drop everything. One reception person is telling one, second person is telling different thing. Complete failure

Breakfast was poor for that money. However, anyway not needed it that town. There os great cafes for it

Windows were locked. Quality of air was mediocre.

Rooms were pleasant.

The queue for check-in was incredibly long. It seemed to take longer than necessary for your front-desk staff to check in customers.Your waitstaff during breakfast were not able to find decaffeinated coffee. Odd ... since we had two decaf cappuccinos the night before from room service.

The hotel is well located, short walk from the city center. Nice view from the room.

Very overpriced parking, very outdated room. Had to wait for good 30 minutes in a very long line to check in. Room doesn’t even have a waste bin. Lack of cleaning, we stayed for 2 nights and the housekeeping never came. Super smelly water in the sink…couldn’t even brush our teeth with it. And yes, we are Europeans and used to our water here, however, this was just nasty. Also very bad noise cancellation, we could hear the neighbors from all sides even when they just coughed in their bed. Overall, I wouldn’t pick the hotel again as there are better places to stay in when visiting Wroclaw. As we booked last minute and spent most time exploring the city it was ok, but definitely not a 4* hotel and big improvements are needed.
