The attendant the checked us in was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. The attendant that checked us out was all of these things and super accommodating to watch our luggage while we ate breakfast. Very impressed with staff.

The room as a little warm and did not cool down easily.

Very good location close to the city center. We stayed with a small child and the hotel provided a small tent with toys.

The hotel's location is perfect for tourism around the old city center. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Given its central location, the room would benefit from better sound insulation. The breakfast could also be improved with fresh pastries and more variety, especially across several days.

I loved the hotel! I didn't expect such a high standard. We were upgraded to an apartament on the 5th floor which was just perfect for us as we had a little baby with us. The hotel went beyond of what was expected of them. And breakfast- just perfect and so tasty!! Our toddler loved it, especially the homemade beans. Overall would definitely return.

We were not fans of the coffee at breakfast but it did give us and excuse to visit some coffee shops

Centrally located, solid hotel with simple but decent breakfast. Receptionist who checked us in was simply lovely.

Rooms a little dated and our group had to ask for additional towels etc (despite booking for the right number of people). One of the sofa beds creaked a lot. Fridges weren't really working.

The accessible room was truly accessible — the bathroom was very well equipped and the seat in the shower exeptionally useful.

Low water pressure, windows do not open, AC/heating was loud and made air very dry (in the winter).

Very convenient location, just a few minutes from the central square. The room was very clean and warm despite the -8 degrees outside, with a great city view from the window, and all the staff were friendly and polite. I didn't try the breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is very close to the historic city center. The staff are helpful and friendly. They are family friendly and put toys in the room for small children.

The mattress was too firm for me and I would like more pillows on the bed.

Absolutely very kind staff, perfect room, delicious breakfast

The welcome- the desk clerk remembered us and had the sauna ready for us and just really made our night. There was an accident on the highway, and the traffic not move for 3 hours. Needless to say, we were tired, but he made our night much more enjoyable with his personal warmth and attention. Thank you!

Breakfast was done with quality ingredients and variety was good. Every staff encountered went above and beyond to be helpful. I booked it because it’s near some place I need to be but it turned out to be walking distance to most points of interest.

Location is just a few blocks for the city center / mall. Convenient Public parking is underground next to hotel.Breakfast was A+!

Very convenient location, close to city center, trams, shops, grocery store (Zabka). Kind staff, speaks EN well, let us park few hours longer after the check-out, appreciate it! The room was the best though - we were there with two small kids and we got a room with actually two rooms so it was very convenient. The first room had sofa and extra bed - not super comfortable but alright for two nights, got a good sleep there. I appreciated the small "circus tent" with some toys for the kids, really nice touch! The room and bathroom were clean and during the night surprisingly quiet although one room was to the street. Very low noise coming in though. Nice breakfast and staff there.

If you need to go underground garage, it is quite narrow road there. Not much the hotel can do about it, but just FYI. With larger car it must be a bit more tricky to get in/out.Not sure if AC/heating worked at all. The room was a bit cold and the thermostat did not do much. The air in the room would really need to open windows or AC to work better.

The staff were students. They arenot enough capable for solving all problems.Although we were told that no payment would be taken and it was only for verification purposes, on one occasion they attempted to charge my account, so I immediately blocked my card. On the other occasions, even though they assured us that no money would be withdrawn and it was only for verification, thankfully the system did not allow any payment. However, this situation has made me very uneasy, and I have now closed all of my credit cards for security reasons.
