AC Hotel Wroclaw

The pool was awesome, room was great, staff was very attentive, great location.

The swimming Pool and spa area was fantastic and we used it 3 times. The hotel is immaculate, really clean. The atmosphere is really relaxed which can sometimes be missing in a high end hotel.

The kids sofa bed was not particularly comfy, that’s the only critique I really have.

The room was spacious, staff lovely and we had a free upgrade for our anniversary. Wonderful stay thank you.

Excellent location but the address of the property was hard to find. Beds were to small and uncomfortable.Overall , the the hotel was good.

Beds

Staff, specially Dominika at reception. She was very helpful and I have to mention it. Room very nice, good size, clean and etc. Wonderful.

No parking, can't choose breakfest via booking, no instructions for lights switching in the room.

Outstanding location!!!Clean, kind staff, comfortable bed!!

The room was a bit too hot,We couldnt control the room temperature (we tried to turn it off but it didnt fully turn off) - especially the heated floor in the bathroom.

Plain breakfast, very good location, very clean nice atmosphere, nice vibe

The water in the bathroom didn't have pressure.

Everything from the moment we pulled up outside the hotel, the entrance was beautifully decorated as the entire hotel. The staff were so helpful and pleasant, nothing was a problem to them. The food was 5 star, so much choice for breakfast and the dinner was of a very high standard. The ambience in the hotel was so calm, peaceful and relaxing. I will definitely be staying with the AC Marriott hotel group in the future.

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing, it’s a really lovely hotel and the staff always had a smile on their face and were very helpful. The Spa is excellent and adds to the luxury of the hotel.

Nothing, it was amazing

Extra friendly and helpful check in staff. Organised birthday balloons and cake for the room. Flexible check out. Nice Spa area, clean pool. Beautiful interior of hotel.

Drastically Overpriced balloons. Was chased when I left the bar to return to my room via elevator. I felt staff thought I wasn't going to pay even though the drinks were charged to the room. Odd behaviour.

Great hotel with a welcoming vibe. The room was huge and the breakfast was amazing. Loved the heated pool. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this hotel. Firstly the staff were great, thank you. Rooms and spa were amazing. It’s in a great location and we really liked the bar.

Nothing to dislike.

Bequeme Bett Schöne Ambiente

The hotel states in its description that it has 2 pools, one for children and the other for adults. However, in reality, there is only one pool which is full of noisy children. Upon my inquiry, I was informed that children are allowed to use the pool until 7 pm, and only adults are allowed after 7 pm. Nevertheless, no one adheres to the rules. It would be necessary for staff to come and repeatedly announce that children must leave. However, the children kept coming back later. Personally, I booked the deepest hotel in Wroclaw solely because of the adult pool, but it was a complete disappointment. Unfortunately, the room is also noisy from outside with no soundproof windows.

Breakfast, Pet friendly

Parking instruction

This must be the best hotel in Wroclaw if not even in whole Poland. Wonderful property, great restaurant with delicious food, kids menu and a lovely kids corner so you can be sure to eat your meal in peace while little one is enjoying their time too. SPA area is fantastic, proper size swimming pool, great jacuzzi and sauna, steam room Room - very comfortable Nice bathroom amenities Very friendly and professional staff Will definitely be back to stay again

It was a lovely modern, clean hotel with attractive common areas. The breakfast options were extensive and great quality. The location of the hotel was excellent for the old town, with some superb restaurants even closer.

The bed was somewhat lumpy, with a duvet being used as a mattress topper. There weren’t enough dinner height tables in the bar/restaurant.. meaning you had to sit at low down tables to eat. These are comfortable enough for drinks, just not eating.

The location is really good, and a public underground parking is very close to the hotel. The pool with a jacuzzi and a few saunas are great.

The hotel itself and the rooms in particular are rather a solid 4* than a 5*. Therefore, I find it seriously overpriced.

Beautiful, modern hotel within walking distance to old town, the National Forum of Music and Henryk Tomaszewski Museum of Theater. Excellent breakfast and happy hour.

Friendly and helpful staff, location

The bed was stone hard, they tried to improve it, but it still was uncomfortable
