Very nice and clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff especially   the girl from the reception. Also the barman Kacper he prepares very good cocktails. Staff can speak in English and that is a big plus. Location is close to the centre.

The property was located in the perfect area. It was comfortable, clean and so quiet. Definitely felt like a 5 star experience.

They were so busy for breakfast that it took awhile to get anyone’s attention so we can pay.

Stile, location and staff

This week we stayed for two nights in a Deluxe King Room - wonderful experience. The large room had a stunning view from the floor to ceiling windows, deluxe bathroom, and we loved the ambient lighting, including the bed candles, around the room. We ate breakfast each morning which was excellent, with a wide selection of hot buffet options, fruit, cheeses, charcuterie, fish, cakes, baked goods, and a menu of further choices. We also opted for room service one evening, which was fantastic. When booking the stay we did not realize quite how lovely the location of the hotel is - walking around the cathedral city in the evening was truly memorable. During our stay all staff, during check-in, breakfast, cleaning staff and check-out were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend The Bridge.

Delicious breakfast, good atmosphere, great staff

Everything! Really good amenities, and lovely historical neighborhood. The staff is super nice, the room was big and comfortable, the spa was impressive, and we could stay with our dog (for 100 pln per night). The breakfast was really good, diverse, and very tasty!

The dinner menu at the restaurant was very limited. More like a cocktail bar with snacks menu.

Excellent breakfast options that make it easy to create a balanced and nutritious meal. I especially appreciate the variety of gluten-free choices, including gluten-free bread.

Breakfast: It would be great to have higher-quality gluten-free bread options, such as sourdough or less processed varieties, as well as some additional kid-friendly gluten-free choices in the restaurant. Rooms: Softer pillows.

They ask for charge of checking in before 14:00 I was have a kids and they see my kids sleeping and was 12:45pm they ask 150ltz for early check in. Disappointed ?

Great location. Super quiet.

On site parking is limited and expensive.

I had planned to wake up early at 4 AM the next day, so I went to bed around 9 PM. However, I was woken up by loud noise at around 11 PM, which I realized was coming from a party taking place in the space directly below my room.I tried to tolerate it, but as it showed no signs of ending, I attempted to call the front desk. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get through at all. I then called from an external line to request the volume be lowered, but I was told that they couldn’t guarantee that. When I asked how long it would continue, I was informed it would last for several more hours.Even after midnight, the noise had not decreased, so I called the front desk again. The volume, especially the deep bass, was extremely disruptive, and to my disbelief, the noise persisted past 2 AM.It was truly an unacceptable experience, and I hope the hotel takes measures to prevent such disturbances in the future.

I could hardly sleep the Monday night. The Big party which is joined around 100 people continued till 2:00 AM!!!My room is over the party room. I had been hearing the bass rythme throughout the night. I complained the stuff 2 times, However it did not change any more. Although I had to get up early next morning at 4:00AM.

Shower excellent, room decor very nice. Quite and easy to get a great sleep. Bed and pillows so comfortable.

Dinner was expensive for the small amount of food. Chips were greasy. Wine just ok.

I like the hotel in general, its location, unpretentious atmosphere and ease of use. On the other hand it makes the hotel a bit anonymous with its staff hiding around corners…Nice architektura and interior details and very nice fitness which I use every time I am at The Bridge.
