Thursday night we went to sleep we were woken up at 7am Friday morning by road works right outside our room, then Saturday morning we were again woken up with the the on going road works which commenced at 12.10am until 03.30am

I would like to share my experience with this hotel.My flight was delayed, and around 4–5 in the morning, the hotel canceled my reservation.I had to book another hotel and ended up losing double the money, because not only did this hotel cancel my reservation, but they also didn’t refund me a single cent.

Very friendly staff at reception and in restaurant, proper rooms, modern building, walking distance to old town

The location in a walking distance from the old town and the central train station.

Breakfast was good but a bit too expensive.

There was no warning that construction is going on in the building and near the building on the street, so the loud noises in the morning was a suprise.The parking garage has a height limit (up to 1.9 m.) and there was no warning during reservation, so I had to find other parking when arrived just because the car was too tall.

Helpfull staff, good englishspeaking. Very clean and nice rooms, modern facilities.

We came during renovations of the lobby so there was a bit of noise and the air-conditioning did not work in one of the rooms. But the staff quickly gave us another room without problem ! ?

It was spacious, clean, and newly furnished. The room had everything you could need including air conditioning, mini fridge, ironing board and a large TV. Internet was fast and the view was great from the 4th floor. Very nice bathroom.

Rooms were super clean, but we ate out with other friends in the city so cant rate the food etc.Super handy for the tram in to the city, the stop was right out side the hotel.

Neat new rooms, excellent location, pleasant service

Nice location not far from the railway station and the city center. The room was very tidy. Even though it was on the street side, it was quiet enough. Bathroom clean and nice. There was also an iron right in the room.

Wi-Fi wasn’t working on the room’s floor. At the same time, it was alright on the ground floor in the hall. That was not a big issue because of a Polish SIM card.

Very clean and cosy. Delicious various breakfast options. Friendly and helpful staff.

You could here people smashing their room doors late in the evening

Extremely Clean, amazing breakfast, great location

It was very difficult to understand one of the receptionist, either when speaking English and Polish. I noticed that other guests had the same issue.

Nice location just in front of the tram station, 10 mins access to down town. Excellent breakfast.

Dryer with very weak airflow should be improved.

Noisy street

Excellent breakfast, comfy beds and safe area. The rooms were very clean.

20 minute walk to reach the Centre, though tram stop right in front of the property.

Very clean, spacious, nice smelling (!!!) and just relax atmosphere!

It’s very new and clean. Good aircondition.

Extremely strong scent of parfume on the corridors, it was difficult pass to our room and one wonders what it was supposed to cover. The gym was disappointment as on the pictures on booking.com it looked much bigger with weightlifting option but in reality it had only very limited cardio section (bikes, rowing, running mill)
