Room and bathroom were large.

Room was filthy. Stains on the carpet, walls, chairs. Halkway walks were dirty. Parking lot was all gravel. Was three star but not restaurant. Breakfast not included, 25 pln extra for breakfast. room right next to busy noisy road.

Excellent location for our business trip - close to Business Garden Wroclaw. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, spacious room. Great breakfast. Kettle, coffee and tea at my room. The bed was comfortable and clean. The curtains isolated effectively from light.

Room below standard. Bed too small, wasn't big enough,mattress very soft & duvet just covered the mattress & no more. I spilled some water on the carpet & dried it with a towel....the carpet was very dirty. No English channels on tv. Curtains too small for window. Very noisy at night so I never got much sleep. Staff were very young, uninterested, unhelpful & a bit rude. I was at reception to check out this morning at 4.15am to leave for airport....no one at reception. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I liked our first stay on the date mentioned here so I booked another night on 28th July when I was staying in Wrocław. This unfortunately was a disaster. Details below

I arrived in the hotel on our second stay, the room was booked paid for and confirmed on 21 July (money went from my bank and the confirmation was on Booking.com app).The receptionist told me they have no booking in their system and he can't help me. He said I should phone Booking.com info line, despite it was after 8pm and the line was already closed.I was offered no help and had to look for another hotel, which spoiled my evening - we missed a concert.I will not be staying in this hotel ever again as I was not treated with any consideration.Whether it was the fault of the hotel or Booking.com, none of them suffered, only I suffered. This is in breach of customer rights.I can only conclude I was a subject of SPAM that Booking.com allowed and the hotel staff did not care about.

The room had lots of space including a big and clean bathroom. The location of the hotel is a fast 10 min ride from the city center with public transport.

Very good location - only 12 minutes tram to the old town / market. Room was large and comfortable, with air condition. It was quiet with closed windows. Very good breakfast.

1. Curtains in the room - no way to make it dark. Definitely needs improvement.2. Additional 35 PLN parking fee.

The location is very good. Near to the tram and bus station. Can travel by the public transport easily.

The breakfast is not nice, with few options. My kids didn't enjoy it.

It’s a budget hotel perfectly suited for those coming to compete at the nearby sports arena. Clean, honest, very friendly and helpful staff, hearty breakfasts.

We full paid before, when we arrived they said no room coz they give our rooms to others. So ridiculous, very bad experience.

It's really noisy at night time because of the vehicles. The hotel is getting aged.. The radiator is not adjustable the room is too warm.

Staff are generally excellent, cheerful and helpful. Location is perfect for the event we attended and for the trams.

We have been coming here for several years and it is beginning to feel tired and dated. However, some renovation seems to be underway. Our room was huge but very sparsely furnished and the curtains don't fit the windows. The pillows were awful, flat and lumpy and when I asked for an extra pillow I was told it would be an extra 20zl per night for one!!! Never been in a hotel that wouldn't give you an extra pillow if you needed it!

Strange guy trying to follow and talk to me no extra lock on the back of the door so didnt feel safe. The shower was two temperatures roasting or scolding the bed was dipped in the middle so was a terrible sleep. The air conditioning or heating doesn’t work at all

Good location. I would have no problem returning to this hotel again.

One of lights was not working. The water in the shower did not drain at normal speed but stopped.
