PURO Wroclaw Stare Miasto

Lobby was nice, with adequate seating/restaurant/drinks,though they need to have a distinct check-in counter.While the room was high-tech, with both the wall-mounted tablet and TV having your name upon entry,some controls on the tablet didn't work.

Couldn't turn off tablet-bright light showed entire night.Slanted shower floor poorly designed-water sprayed into bathroom and hallway.Food prices much higher than neighborhood places-wanted just eggs/french toast,but you have to pay for full buffet.

I absolutely loved it!!! the staff were always so kind and welcoming, also went out of their way to accommodate me at every level. I stayed here after having to move from a terrible apartment and having had cosmetic surgery i needed somewhere good to rest

Honestly i can't think of anything ,check out is 12 or 3pm for some packages which is more than enough, the whole hotel is beautiful and at a high standard, someone said they wouldn't stay there as the rooms were on the small side, but didn't bother me.

I really like the staff. They are nice and very helpful. The hotel is clean and very cosy and I love their drinks available in the lobby: tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc, free of charge. We also received a free entrance to Krupa Art Foundation. The location is amazing: very close to the Old Town, in a very calm neighborhood, with restaurants around and a very cosy book store/café..

I think the room was a little small and the bathroom was a little small.. it does have a curtain to separate from the room. If the other person in the room goes to the door, everything in visible in the bathroom...For the price, I would have loved a little more space and privacy.

Comfortable lobby Good location Quiet room

I really appreciate the nice, helpful staff - it does make a difference. I had some problem with water pressure in my shower and they were helpful solving this problem. I like that's a small, cozy hotel with a nice design - it creates a welcoming, restful feeling. Also the coffee/tea in the lobby is nice :) Room was very clean and also nicely arranged (e.g. the light sensor in the bathroom is so good on the eyes for the night "trips" to pee ;) ) A big pro is that is located very close to everything.

The room is more or less sound-isolated, but I still could hear some traffic noise from the street (I am quite sensitive to the sounds) - thankfully my ear plugs solved that problem.

Excellent location, close to all main attractions. The room was great, very clean. The breakfast was also very good, and the staff very helpful and very friendly. The bar is also quite nice. There are also many restaurants and bars nearby.

Excellent location. The hotel is cozy . There is a beautiful garden in back which leads to a canal. It’s absolutely lovely . The breakfast is better than other Puro’s I’ve visited and the underground parking is very convenient. Our room was small but had a large bed and good bedside plugs.

The reason ridiculous no door shower. The water leaks out all over the bathroom and into the hallway. The only way to stop it is using all your towels to make a dam. Bad design

The location was perfect with everything that we wanted to see and do in walking distance. We came by car and could easily leave it at the garage right at the property.

The breakfast was really good, but the breakfast room was cramped.

It is my second stay at Puro in Wroclaw, so I definitely love it.

This time the heated bathroom floor didnt work.

Exceptional location, very close to city center. The rooms were not big, but were very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The yard was also nice to relax.

The rooms are small but well laid out. Staff very helpful. Tablet controls all functions in the room which had more options for lighting and ventilation. Rooms also super quiet.

Amenities were sparse - for example, would have like Kleenex and I hate it when there is only one liquid soap for hair and body!

I stayed 3 nights at PURO Hotel in Wroclaw Stare Miasto for work in August 2025. It's a reasonably priced hotel with comfortable rooms. The check-in and check-out process was easy. It's close to the town square by foot, which made getting lunch or dinner convenient. The breakfast was fantastic! I would recommend that to everyone!

I wish the bathroom was designed slightly differently. The shower area has an open access, which meant water spray got onto the floor of the main bathroom -- annoying. I also wasn't confident if my air conditioning was working or not -- I never felt air flow from the vents, which meant it felt a little stagnant in the room at night. I typically like a little bit of airflow while sleeping.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in, top class.Great location & next to a few bars, restaurants. 4 min walk to old square & 15 mins to main train station.Good breakfast & helpful staff.Will definitely stay again.

Its location was excellent

Rooms are smaller than in other Puro hotels and I didn’t like the hair dryer by comparison to the one in the krakow hotel.

The breakfast is Superb! The location is close to everything! The staff were all helpful and kind.

The room was fantastic, had everything you needed. Loved the different lighting settings, we’re already missing the comfy bed and blackout curtains. Location is great with lots of amazing places to eat and drink nearby and just a few minutes walk til you’re in the main square. Staff are really friendly and helpful, best hotel we’ve ever stayed in!
