Location was great - I wanted to be close to the main train station. The room was tidy and a good value.

Staff were polite at the check in but in the morning she was a bit grumpy .. she did not want to sell us breakfast even was 30 min to deadline ..

This hotel is conveniently located next to Wrocław's main railway station. I stayed here to catch the 106 bus to Wrocław Airport. The bus stop for the 106 is about 200 metres from the hotel. There are also lots of bus and tram lines in the area, so you can easily reach any part of the city from the hotel. The location is outside the main tourist area of Wrocław, so it's slightly less polished and more grungy than the Old Town and the main market square. You can expect to see some graffiti and less-than-perfect building fronts as you walk around. However, it is not an unsafe area so feel free to explore here. There are lots of interesting restaurants and shops in the local area. The area has more authentic character than the Old Town, which is overrun with tourists and restaurants/businesses that cater to such crowds. The hotel room was clean and had everything I needed.

As the hotel is located on a busy street with lots of car and tram traffic, don't expect a very quiet room. However, this did not bother me as I had to get up early to catch my flight anyway. One thing I would recommend the management change is the shower's hot/cold water handle. It sticks out far towards the person showering and is too easy to bump into accidentally, resulting in either scalding hot water or a cold shower. This is both unsafe and unnecessary. Such handels should point sideways or be replaced by a round knob/dial.

Staff could be a little more knowledgeable and helpful - an answer "I don't know, I've never checked" when we asked about parking situation at 23 o'clock (11pm) is not what I want to hear.

Excellent location, clean rooms, and I was lucky that my room was facing the yard so it was really quiet. Good AC.

The location is excellent for travellers arriving by trains or busses. It is easy to go to the downtown and major tourist sites on foot or by trams. The check in and check out service was great and flexible. The room was very spacious. Although our room faced the street, it was nonetheless quiet.

I've been traveling Scandinavia, The Baltics, and more for about 6 weeks now. NOBODY, not one hotel, has said "no" to a cup of coffee (if i hadn't bought the breakfast plan) in the morning until this place. I'm sure it appears trivial, but I was told no with hostility... thought this game was about hospitality.Also, I changed from the incredible Hotel Tumski (few dollars more but worth it) just to make the bus on time. When reception from Tumski called reception at Piast and asked if I could check in early, they said no problem. I showed up and they wanted 10 euros to get into my room early. Lied. I spent 7 euros at a bar nearby on a beer, nursed it for 2 1/2 hours, then checked in. Just stay at Tumski-- honest, beautiful, great staff, etc.

Excelletn location right across the street from the main tran station, with bus and tram stops to get anywhere you like in the city. Located in a nice historical building. Varied breakfast, a Hawaian restaurant on site.

I booked a twin room but had to split the beds apart as they were pushed together, found quite a lot of dust in there. One also should keep in mind that due the proximity to the train and tram tracks, it might be noisy (didn't bother me though and my room was right next to the street).

Old dated hotel, I had a room to myself with 2 uncomfortable single beds.

Location is very good, next to the train station.Very yummy breakfast, staff was very helpful, definately will use their service again when we will be in Wroclaw.

Our room was great. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a balcony which was a nice bonus.
