the lights are on motion sensors, so you walk into a dark hallway and lock your room in the dark. the keys are from another millennium. no laundry facilities. no gym. bedding not long enough for tall people.

The size of the room — it was big enough and comfortable for our family of three, which we truly appreciated. The location is also a big plus since it’s very close to the Old Town and several tourist spots, making it easy to explore the city on foot.

The facility feels quite old, and the atmosphere — especially in the hallway going to our room — felt a bit creepy and outdated. The breakfast was okay, but it was exactly the same on both mornings, so there wasn’t much variety.

Very clean, good location, 15 minutes walk to station and close to airport bus.

Clean cozy and close to everything. Breakfast was good. Hot water spacious bathroom. Spent new years here and it was perfect. Thank you!

The room was disappointing one bed at one end of the room one at the other. Tea coffee facilities were very minimal luckily had a shop next door.

This hotel is located on a quiet street, next to the historic center and the old town. The breakfast is quite generous, and some of the breakfast dishes featured local traditional foods.The bath is convenietn with hot water

- The room was not warm enough due to the central heating- The room did not have air conditioning- Extra blankets were not available. When we asked for blankets to be sent to us, we were told that they did not know where they were stored. I suggested they bring a heater and they brought a very small one, which was noisy- Very poor quality mattress and bed- The bath towels were not the right size to cover the whole body after a shower. It would be ideal to have light disposable slippers so that I don't have to walk on the carpet with wet feet.- There was very little furniture in the bedroom and there was no refrigerator.- All the plugs were on the floor.- The carpet did not appear to be clean and had a strange smell

Well located hotel with varied breakfast and clean comfortable rooms.

Some would say dated but exactly what I expected for a value 3 star hotel.Staff could have been a little more friendly.Rooms a little cold but there was the addition of a fan heater so not a problem. Fourth floor room with fully opening windows with no security bars could be dangerous.

Cozy and modest hotel in the centre of Wroclaw. If you are travelling in winter, take sweatshirt or hoodie with you, rooms are not overheated. Which is ok, we are in war.

The location is superb. The hotel has a traditional vibe.

In our room the wifi strength was poor.

We had ants in room. Never sure when room cleaned. No water after first day.

The staff was helpful, the breakfast had a good selection of dishes and the location was excellent.

The room was noisy, the beds were not very comfortable, the towels were very old, the curtains were falling down and the complimentary wi-fi was very weak.

Fold out bed was a bit uncomfortable

Perfectly located in the city centre-10 minutes walk from the train station with many public transport stops, shops and restaurants nearby, 5 minutes walk from the famous city square. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Large restaurant with a rich breakfast and great variety. Very helpful staff, stored our luggage after check-out. Great price for what we got!

The building in which the hotel is located is typical for the city, it was obvious that it was a bit old, but it was clear that they had started to renovate it.

An air-conditioner would’ve been nice, but we opened our window for fresh air but the Street noise was loud at times
