The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location was fabulous a very short walk to the square about 4 minutes away.

There was no English speaking channel on the television.

Location excellent. Fabulous hotel, big room, very clean. Breakfast very good. All staff very friendly

We stayed as a family with children and a pet, and it was great to see that the hotel is pet- and family-friendly. The room was huge, with a spacious bedroom and a separate living area. Considering the size of the room, it would have been nice to have more wardrobes or a dresser in the bedroom. However, overall it is an excellent hotel. The bathroom was also spacious, with a separate bathtub and shower, and all the necessary amenities were provided. Breakfast was very tasty and pleasantly surprising. There is paid city parking next to the hotel. The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the very center, just a one-minute walk to the main square.

Excellent location, unlimited filtered water, friendly staff

Our view was of a wall across the road, not a deal breaker though

The location cannot be more central, the rooms are spacious, clean and modern, and the breakfast is amazing. I've staid at half a dozen hotels in the city and this one is an excellent value for the money in Wroclaw.

Very central, less than 5min walk to the main square. Hotel was very clean, nice and warm when it was below freezing outside. Very clean. A nice large room with plenty storage

The only minor minus I have is that the pillows could be better. They were extremely soft

    3MaciejPosted on: 1-18-2026

    Location and very friendly staff

Tv didn’t work. I could very clearly hear people from the next room, and 3hours conversation they had

    9LauraPosted on: 1-18-2026

Basic but well appointed hotel close to everything. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is in a fantastic location, 2 minutes walk to the main square. The building is mixed usage, so on our floor there were lawyers and psychologist offices which was weird but didn't cause any inconvenience.

Breakfast was a mixed bag, always the same stuff, I even suspect uneaten items were brought out day after day and not made fresh.

Prime location, no complaints here. close to everything, very easy to find. Breakfast was amazing - maybe the best one I had in a while. The room is big, very clean and has everything I could need. The hotel had free access to drinking water, and it's always a plus. Big shower, good water pressure. Nice people at the reception. The hotel has 24 hours reception and a place where you can buy drinks and cakes.

Please note that when you take a room with a view that says "inner yard" - its not a yard. Its a hallway. People are walking next to your window, and it's a little weird. I woke up too early every morning because people walked on that hallway with their stuff, and the noise was like they were walking inside the room. Also, because of that, you get almost no natural light into the room. The second window is opening to the generators. It was no issue for me because I visited during winter, but in summer, it may be an issue. Also, I originally booked two rooms, but since the second couple was sick, they couldn't make it. I asked the hotel to make an exception and to get me a partial refund or at least a credit for my next stay ( to move the booking dates), unfortinatly I got a refusal. The law is totally on their side, so I have nothing against them, but I expected some consideration or compassion.

Breakfast was incredible! The receptionists were so accomodating and helpful. Location is perfect, just a few steps away from the big market square but easy access to the river and plenty of connections to trams and trains are available from just up the road from the hotel. The NYE party was well catered (excellent food) and it was honestly a blast. This is my second time to this hotel in Wroclaw and it did not disappoint, once again!

Bathrooms in the room had a built in fan/ventilator, likely to help with bathroom moisture and it was very noisy. Distracting whirring especially in the toilet. Could be they need replacing or a little oil to make them less noisy. Otherwise, all amazing

The hotel location was ideal and as we had booked two deluxe suites we had quiet rooms overlooking an inner courtyard. The rooms themselves were extremely spacious, warm and the beds themselves were excellent. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The sheets were changed halfway through our stay which we appreciated. The reception staff were all young, welcoming and helpful but throughout our week we never saw the same person twice. The omelettes are breakfast were extremely good.

We found the bedrooms were very bland and lacked character but I appreciate that that is a question of taste. As we used the bath daily we would have liked them to have been cleaned daily. One of our bedrooms had the sofa bed made up on arrival (unnecessary as there was only one person staying in the suite) and despite the fact we stripped it and folded the sheets they were never removed throughout our stay. The breakfast set up was quite awkward with a long line queuing up at the teas and coffee machine which then made part of the breakfast buffet inaccessible.

The location of the hotel was excellent , minutes walk from the Christmas market . We only had breakfast one morning , a good choice of food . The hot cooked food was very good . Tea/coffee facilities in the room were good and also the carafe of water that you could refill.

I did think my booking was a standard room with Queen bed but it was only a double which I queried when we arrived . The receptionist said it was correct but really the bed was too small and soft .
