Very accommodating. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Including obtaining chicken cold meats for us since we cant have pork. Breakfast was delicious and a very wide variety. Located right in front of a bus stop.

They dont believe in air conditioners

The bathroom was very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and attentive. Fine for short stay.

Lovely hotel, stuff friendly, room very clean and bed very comfortable. Only 10 min away by taxi from airport, so perfect location for me . Definitely will be staying next time when I am visiting Wroclaw.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, well-equipped bathroom. Excellent cleanliness. Courteous receptionist. Secure private parking in front of the building with ample parking spaces. Tram to the city center (15 minutes) in front of the hotel.Supermarket nearby.

The air conditioning could be improved.

Check in was easy .. Iand the girl behind reception had great English like the card system

Having to pay parking .. shower was too small . .. no Aircon and with the window open it was so noisy on the highway..

The room was peaceful and the bed was comfortable. It's next to a grocery store and a tram stop. Just perfect.

Great location, can get 11 tram straight into town.Rooms cleaned daily and were cleaned well.Staff spoke really good English which was super handy for us as we are from the UK.

Hotel begs for modernisation, all aspects are out dated, it is like going in a time warp back to the 90's as there are no modern day hotel pleasantries. The rooms do not have AC or even a simple fan which was very uncomfortable during our stay with the heat. There was an, old tv that barely worked and you had to crack some sort of code to eventually get it on to only have a few channels you couldn't do anything with (simple smart tv for YouTube or something would have been ideal) , bathroom tiles were barely attached and the size of the shower was very compact. Bread at breakfast was stale and the variety of food was a bit poor, you are better off catching the tram to town and having breakfast elsewhere. We had to pay an additional amount each day for parking, which wasn't stated as we read somewhere it was free.

Was passing through. Stayed one night. I did not take breakfast. Basic room. Bathroom clean, looked brand new. Elevator available. Good private parking in front (extra costs). Friendly employees. For passing through it was maybe to close to the centre, much traffic. Also because of construction work on the roads.

My stay at this hotel was thoroughly disappointing. They advertise air conditioning, but it appears to be centrally controlled and not adjustable per room. The room was uncomfortably warm, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Since there was no functioning air conditioning, I had no choice but to leave the window open at night — which resulted in waking up with at least six mosquito bites.On top of that, the hotel is located on a busy road. With the window open, the traffic noise is extremely loud, even during the late hours. There was absolutely no sense of peace or relaxation.The condition of the room left much to be desired as well. The mattress was completely worn out and offered no support whatsoever. To make matters worse, the mattress cover was so old it had visible holes and gave a generally unhygienic impression. The shower was also very outdated and barely functional, adding to the overall discomfort of the stay.In short, the hotel fails to live up to the expectations created by its advertising in several key areas. Comfort, hygiene, and tranquility were all severely lacking. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Fast check-in, friendly staff, clean and quiet room. Nice breakfast with healthy and local food .

Staff were welcoming, room was larger than I assumed!The housekeepers in the upper hallway were very nice and came to fill up our soap bottles and fix our hairdryer when we approached them.

When we arrived, we only recieved 1 towel though there were 3 of us. The bathroom was out of shampoo in both the shower and sink, the hairdryer didn't work, the cups recieved were not clean and there were ants climbing the walls.Front desk staff told us to find the housekeepers to get towels and soap refilled, they were not helpful when asking about the hair dryer. The hotel states they have air conditioning in the rooms, this is incorrect, they have no air conditioning in the rooms

Our family would like to say a huge thank you to the receptionist and hotel manager for their care and kindness when my husband and son stayed at the hotel recently for the UEFA Conference League Final. Our son went missing for 18 hours and the receptionist offered to help my husband find him. They are both safely back in the UK
