Everything was great, clean, organized. Staff was nice, breakfast was great.

A bit too much modern decor for such an old building.

A nicely renovated old monastery building, with easy access on foot to the Old Town of Wrocław. Nice interior decor, friendly staff, generally a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend it, even for longer stays.

If you are coing on foot with a suitcase, be aware that part of the path to the main door is gravel and you might have to carry the suitcase rather than roll it on the wheels. But taxis can access the front yard and park right next to the entrance. Another minor inconvenience is the lack of proper ventillation in the bathroom.

The rooms were very clean with no maintenance issues and stunning. Herbal has taken very good care of this hotel!

I asked the staff about this for a summer stay but there is no air conditioning in the summer as no central air.

Newly renovated, spacious hotel in a great location just next to the main square, but in a very private and quiet location. We definitely will visit again!

The faulty design of the shower and tub is really dangerous and is an accident waiting to happen.

History and location

Tight room, no space to open luggage. No shower door so bathroom floor gets wet every time you take a shower.

I liked the hotel, the room was really big and clean, the sofa-cama was comfortable (to be a sofa-cama), the location was perfect to walk around the center of the city, and the people was very kind.

The room had not air conditioning, so it was really hot at night.

It was absolutely one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Everyone was helpful, and the rooms were gorgeous and comfortable. The hotel includes an amazing breakfast, and you cannot beat the location!

Great location with very comfortable rooms

One of the front desk ladies was very rude. At this hotel, room service is optional and we opted out since we were fine with the room being left unkept for one night. When we returned in the evening, we realized though that we wanted fresh towels. Requesting fresh towels at the front desk was not a problem at any hotel I’ve been at before. Here: the lady who was not amused at all, which I didn’t understand since the clerk at the check-in told us, that requesting towels after opting out for room service is totally fine. It took us 45 minutes and two discussions to finally receive the towels. That was extremely annoying and totally unnecessary since the rude lady and her colleague were obviously not that busy.

Breakfast was ok. No milk in the coffee machine. Otherwise it was ok. Location of hotel was really good, so near to the square and restuarants. Just beside the hotel is a lovely pizza/pasta restaurant and Michael the manager was fantastic and very very welcoming. Wine bar also beside hotel was great, great choice of wines and lovely staff. I would highly recommend the hotel for its position to town and restaurants nearby.

It would have been good to have a fridge in the room as weather can be hot and there is no where to keep your water or drinks cold.

this hotel is an absolute gem. tucked away in a quiet area, just minutes from everything Wroclaw has to offer. The building has been renovated to such a high standard, just check the photos in reception of what it looked like beforehand. The decor is fabulous, from the renovated stairs to the ultra modern lighting. This hotel has it all. A superior room is perfect for a longer stay, huge bed and a separate seating area with sofa. The bathroom, again huge. The fixtures and fittings are all high end and quality. Also, the hotel was spotless, the cleaning staff are a credit, as are all the staff. I can not recommend Herbal Hotel highly enough, to stay anywhere else whilst in Wroclaw would be a crime.

Lovely room! The wooden ceiling beams were particularly nice. Bathroom was clean and modern, Bed was comfy, Location is central to Wroclaw. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cellar wine bar is worth a stop before heading out for the evening, and stocks Polish wine.

Only complaint is that the bins are collected nearby early in the morning, so we were woken up a couple times as we had the windows open. But that's not the hotel's fault.

Awesome old building and well-renovated interior. They have winery inside where you can try local and foreign wines.Location is cool, very close to the city center.We stay only one night and it was quiet and cozy staying.

I don’t like sink in the bathroom because water is dripping out all around.

Amazing hotel. Clean, large rooms with an amazing bath. Lovely breakfast and a classy bar in the cellar. We loved it. 5 minute walk to the old town.

Hotel was very clean. Location was great, 5min walk to square. The interior of hotel was really nice old with new.

The reception area was a bit hidden, no meet and greet. We felt the staff were professional but a bit impersonal. Breakfast was a bit bland.

The location is great, everything is near, and some nice restaurants around the corner. The room was big with a huge bathroom. Also very quiet.

Breakfast was very fresh perfect continental, bread looked homebaked and tasted lovely
