Quiet
Great location right in the centre but quiet. Lovely room, good size with comfy beds, plenty of storage, enough lights (rare), great shower room and nice coffee and tea.
Plastic mattress cover under the sheet was a bit hot. Not enough creamer!
Amazing friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable.
The decor id the reception area gave it a luxurious feel and the location was 10/10.
The carpets were quite old and felt dirty. They did give slippers for the room though so this helped!
Beautiful building, and fine room.
There was one unmade bed in our room which required a change of bedding. Vicky on reception was very kind and helpful in resolving this matter.
Great location, very clean and friendly staff

Art Hotel was in a fabulous location right by the Market Square. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was amazing......something for everyone. I stayed in a single - the room & bed were spacious. Very clean and bathroom was great. I would definitely stay again.
Nothing. It was great.
Location - the hotel is right in the heart of old town. I went during Christmas market season and was able to easily get to and from the markets throughout my stay. Very central location. Modern conveniences- beautiful architectural building but had a working elevator. Room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, heated bathroom floors, multiple outlets in the bedroom. Staff - all the staff I interacted with were lovely. Answered all my questions. Very helpful.
Breakfast, friendly staff, cleaness
Too modern Nordic style.
Great hotel located within walking distance to everything. The breakfast was excellent with many vegetarian options. Very clean hotel, would definitely book again. Parking directly at hotel, which is one of the reasons that I booked this hotel.
Beds were a little hard.
Location and friendly staff.
The size of the one bed room and the condition of the furniture and the carpet
Everything. The location, the quiet room, the breakfast
This hotel is in a great location close to the Wroclaw's main square. Our room was clean and more than adequate for our 3-night stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the price was very reasonable
We didn't have any complaints. I can't comment on the breakfast since we didn't eat at the hotel
Super location just a couple of minutes walk from the centre, friendly staff, modern clean room, good value. The property offers breakfast and parking too but I didn’t use either. Have stayed in several hotels in Wrocław - this was the best and I will stay again.
Situated in a great location, close to the main square yet in a quiet road. The room was really big with a great shower and a safe. The breakfast was good and the staff really friendly , highly recommended
Nothing all good
Location was excellent.
One member of the reception team was really not very helpful. Didn’t seem to be able to answer any question with anything other than “sometimes yes, sometimes no”.
The hotel was new and we liked their food.
Staff was only friendly at the beginning. When we have asked for new pillows, as the one in the bedroom were very uncomfortable. We were advised that there was no spare pillows available in the hotel. We asked for a fun as it was 32C in Szklarska Poręba. They advised us that they did not have any funs available. Later on the staff was not acknowledging us anymore, and they were trying to avoid us at all cost. When asked for a manager they said that the manager was unavailable. We stayed there for 5 days there was no cleaning in the room, only bin was emptied and we got two random towels exchanged on the 4 days. This was not a 4 star hotel standard and we were disappointed overall.
The room is really nice, and the location is excellent in a quiet street just near the main platz.
The carpet in the room is old.
