The wide assortment of breakfast options

The walls in the bathroom were dirty so I tried to clean them by myself to make them look more pleasant . Not possible to open windows to have some fresh air

Nice, clean room and lovely breakfast, close to the railway station.

Located within a few steps from the main train station. If you cross the train station, you are in a large shopping mall, where you can find everything. Room was quiet. Breakfast had a decent selection of food. Many options. There are taxi drivers parked in front of the hotel, so it was super convenient.

wi fi did not work. There is no mineral water at the room. Instead, they provide a bottle and you take the water from a dispenser near the elevator. It is a good idea for environment preservation, but it is questionable if that bottle is clean enough.

Excellent breakfast with a nice view to the station, good WIFI connection, comfortable rooms, easy-to-use air condition, waterfilter available, vice versy to the main station, 5 min to the best shopping center in town.

Clean, modern, friendly staff

I will sure come back. Everything was superb. The selection of food for the breakfast was magnificent. The hotel is located within walkable distance near the old city. The bus station for the bus from the airport to the hotel and back is less than 100m away and it can be seen from the hotel lobby. Spacious, clean room and bathroom.

No negative observations.

The location is great, the reception staff are friendly and easy to approach, and the breakfasts are tasty with a good variety. There’s also an option to leave your luggage and explore the city hands-free.

There was a noticeable chemical smell upon check-in, which gradually dissipated, though it was slightly unsettling at first.

The central location is great. The room was on the large side for this type of hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of dishes. Fresh vegetables are always a good sign, and they were of exceptionally good quality for a hotel, and this time of the year (I was visiting in January).

The glass wall is a problem during hot summers, as well as during cold winters. The heating could barely keep up, when the temperature outside was well below freezing. The HVAC system was ineffective and loud, which impacted sleeping comfort. A side effect of the heating was very dry air in the room. And judging by how my allergies kicked in, a good vacuum would be in order.

The air conditioning didn’t work during the first two days. I had a couple of conversations with staff, but they couldn’t help. Having 28 degrees at night was not comfortable.

Air conditioning in the room was not working. I spent two nights in the room temperature 27C and hotel stuff could not do anything about it (tho they seemed to try).

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, lovely big windows, warm and cosy, quiet, very good breakfast, very good food at the restaurant.

Not as clean as one would expect for the price. Bed was a bit squeaky

Immaculately clean, room and bathroom. Good comfortable bed with quality bedding. Very good breakfast with enough space for everyone, even when busy. In fact, eventhough the hotel was fairly busy it was surprisingly quiet.

The only chair in the room was a hard plastic chair - not the lovely looking red chair you see in the images. Given I was staying for 4 days, it was not too pleasant to relax.

Nice clean hotel well located in the city for our purposes ( near family and the train station).

A safe in the room would be great.

Breakfast was really great. I would suggest it to other hotels offering a similar level.

We travelled by car. When we asked, the reception suggested a garage at a high price for the whole day instead of offering free parking near the hotel entrance, even though we were staying only overnight.

The location is excellent right across the road from the station excellent breakfast staff friendly and polite would definitely stay again

Breakfast was excellent! As well as room service. The location of the hotel is perfect. Walking distance to Wroclaw railway station and bus station. Very close to the Old Town.
