Location, cleanliness and friendly staff. Ideal.

Location was excellent

Room was a bit drab and alot of wasted space plus cleaner didn't call once and after all this is classed as 3 star plus no tea and coffee facilities in the room the only thing that qualified for 3 stars was the bathroom

An "old style hotel" with the charm of the good old days, excellent location at few minutes walk from the railway station. Nice breakfast buffet in the very charming restaurant. Amazingly good light conditions in the room and plenty of electricity outlets.

Duvets, lack of cable TV and an unbelievable amount of mosquitoes in the room even though windows were closed.

The breakfast buffet was so good and the location is very accessible to everything.

The Wi-Fi is not working at all. You need to go out of the room to get a reception.

I Did not like the lack of drink making facilities' in the room. The shower head would not stay erect, was reported but not fixed and the hairdryer kept cutting out. Noisy due to the trams outside and the flashing light from the complex opposite is annoying.

Great location - few meters from central railway station and the 106 bus stop,in the heart of the centre. The room is big,clean,the bed is very comfortable. The girl in reception was kind and friendly,giving us all the necessary information. Fast WiFi

The triple room was modern and fresh , and nice and quiet , the hotel was ideally situated for our visit to see Wroclaw Christmas market . The reception staff were very nice to deal with and very helpful

The twin room we had needed updating, located at the front of the building and was very noisy with traffic all night including the tram, which sounded like being on an airport runway .. nothing the hotel can do about the traffic, but better glazing would help

Cofortable bed, amazing breakfast, good location

Pillows were unconfortable, doors in the shower were just a pain, really bad design, there is only 1 electric plug in the room and 1 extension cord from side to side of the room, seems really bad

The room smelled. Old. Not enough electric outlets to charge phone near bedWorse of all it's so noisy because of trains and traffic outside. Sleeping is rough. Very very disappointed.

Very close to main station, the international bus station and the city center. Our room was very spacious and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I think for people with sensitive ears this might not be the best choice. The walls are rather thin and you hear the trains, cars and traffic very clearly.

The hotel and the staff improved incredibly lots in a very short time. I loved it to be there. It's a very clean hotel with lovely staff and very good breakfast as well. Everything was excellent. The location is great , shopping centres, museums, restaurants and shops are for short distance. The airport bus is at the corner technically. Good value for your money.
