A really good value hotel with a delicious breakfast included. Spacious ,warm comfy room with en suite facilities and a free safe deposit box .

It wasn't a big issue for me but its location (a couple of kilometres outside the city centre in a well- to- do residential area ) may not suit everyone, but it is well served by frequent buses D ,111,116,121,131,151 and a night bus 241 ( free local travel for all travellers 65 plus )and taxis are reasonably priced .

Location was okay for my needs, rooms are spacious

Location next to the river path for an easy 15 minute walk to the tram stop. Modern facility, extensive breakfast buffet and dinner at the bistro was good.

35zl per night for parking the motorcycle was unreasonable.

Was very disappointed by selecting this hotel

3 bed room was way more spacious in photos than in reality. They have only one spacious 3-bed room that they use in photos, but other two rooms that had 3 beds were really small and beds were about half a meter apart.Other rooms with 2 beds didn't have air conditioning. Was very hard to sleep because it was 32 degrees that day.Hotel has huge parking lot, but you have to pay for parking.Very bad coffee.

Good breakfast and comfortable bed

On warm days and early nights it can be noisy because there is no air conditioning and when the window faces the road it is annoying

Good price, clean and smooth check-in.

Extra charge for parking with no other option, when arrived. I would rather pay extra when booking, than doing this strange way. Squeaky bed sheet.

Nice hotel in suburban location.Everything was particularly clean.Happy with accommodation and service in the Hotel itself.Bar and breakfasts as expected.

Was travelling with family and chose this hotel specifically because of it's supposed leisure facilities.It advertises itself as having a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a range of other sporting facilities. However these facilities are separately managed and hotel guests don't have much access. In a four day stay, we had one hour available in the pool and no access to sauna or jacuzzi. The other facilities were hired out to various sports groups.During the one hour we did have in the pool, our frustration was exacerbated by the behaviour of one of the Lifeguards/attendants in the pool. She was particularly rude and shouted aggressively at my wife and 12 year old son.

Nice clean room.Delicious breakfast, 55pln.It's actually sport facilities with lovely neighbourhood around + nice nature.

It's a bit out the centre. But connections are good even if you not on the car.

Hotel Gem is a typical sports/conference type hotel. Modern, clean and with good service. Check in was quick and the reception staff friendly and efficient. The room was large and comfortable with good wifi. Bathroom had everything you would need with a good shower. I got to breakfast early so everything was warm and fresh. Good choice of food for all tastes.

There was a kettle in the room with tea but not coffee. The location is very pleasant but might not suit tourists to the city although the walk from the tram stop (number 9, 15-20 minutes from the main station) was lovely along the quiet river, far from the traffic and crowds.

It's a hotel in a sports center, a bit further away from Wroclaw main attractions (however, we had tickets to a concert at Hala Stulecia and we easily walked there through very pretty parks, so not that far really). It was extremely clean, breakfast had a lot of choice and was tasty. It's right next to the river, perfect for a morning walk/jog. Overall, a great choice for very reasonable money.

Hotel restaurant closing at 22:00 and that girl working there should have change her job. She was pissed that group of people came to spend their money.

The location is OK and parking was good, on the premises very close to the hotel. The room was OK: a bit outdated maybe but clean with a comfortable bed and clean shower and toilet

Maybe some extra non sparkling water can be improved but the staff was friendly and helpful while we were there. A colleague left his Apple Key board and I called a few times afterwards to no avail. Also sending a mail isn't helping. That's a pity

charging for parking when the hotel is on such a remote area is a bit cheap. also, arrive go the breakfast 40-45 before closing, and almost everything we empty. difficult to get staff to fill up again :-(

Big parking, green area

It was extremely hot and hard to breathe, as the air was musty and not fresh.Room didn't have AC, which is acceptable. The real problem - it didn't have proper ventilation. If you open a window - a lot of bugs and mosquitos (remember, hotel is in green area, next to river) and fresh air will not really come due to ventilation problems. So even if you ask for more expensive room with air conditioning - it will not fix the problem.When we arrived, there were a bunch of mosquitos and other bugs in the room (on photo). Bedsheets had some stains. Beds are terrible - creaking and uncomfortable.You are always charged for parking for 24hours, even though it is shared with other premises and has actually hourly pricing.We were not lucky - hotel hosted big group of teens coming for some sport competition I guess. So it was loud,no benefit of "quite green area".Disadvantage of green area is present - it's far from everything, if you'd like to switch from car to public transport - bad idea.In summary: pay a little more and have a comfortable stay somewhere else

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of variety and lots of room in the dining area. The rooms were air-conditioned and had kettle to make hot drinks. Location was central to most areas that you'd like to visit. Plenty of parking on site.

The vehicle entrance to the hotel was tricky to find as it was around the back of the hotel. Parking was extra even though there was plenty of room.
