Pros +
- Bed was comfortable, there was enough space for 2 people.
- After we complained about the lack of comfort of the room, the hotel upgraded us to a much nicer bedroom overlooking a courtyard, which was appreciated. The hotel is 15 minutes walk away from the city center, so quite convenient and it allows to get familiar with the interesting neighborhood.
- room was warm but over the time it was so hot that I can't control room temperature, my kids were in sweat, end I open windows to bring down the temperature. Horrible experience.
Cons -
- The walls are pretty thin so it can sometimes get a little loud. The bathroom was not looking too great, the shower had no curtains so everything got wet and the side of the shower was leaking. The shower head was loose so it fell down every time you turned off the shower. And the shower drain was smelling like rotten eggs the whole time.
- I would not advise to book the budget room, which is extremely old-fashioned, with a horribly uncomfortable bed, an old bathroom, toilet and shower, noise from the street if the window is open, and the view on the heating plant and its smoke. Feels very Soviet. Contrary to the pictures on Booking and on the hotel's website, as well as the clients' many comments, there is no breakfast served. There is also no reception, everything is being done through whatsapp.
- No, staff was available for any emergency. Toiletries were low grade, no shower cap. Pantry, just three black tea bags. They have mentioned that they have parking but when I reached hotel and called the reception they said they don't have parking, so I ended up parking my car public parking.Pillow cover were old, dirty.

Easy check in and out
Dirty duvet, stinky bathroom. It smelled of pee everywhere
A nice budget option not far from the old town. The interior is a bit dated but cozy and clean.
No storage room; you have to leave the luggage in another hotel a few streets away.
For the price it's definitely worth it
No fridge, lack of wall sockets, small pillows
Room was comfortable and warm. Kettle and mugs greatly appreciated. Lovely bathroom with an excellent shower.
I knew beforehand that the hotel provided no facilities for breakfast. Therefore we brought our own food. However, there were no plates or knives provided in the room to use. There were no curtains to cover the window for privacy, and this was irritating in the morning, when it became light outside.
Easy to check in, bed was ok
The kettle to heat water for tea was dirty and the shower seemed to run out of hit water very quickly
Very good and comfortable bedVery clean and spaciousBeautiful roomPretty quiet, we were able to sleep with the window open Very very good overall
Wifi isn't the strongest
Security,nice location
Busted sewer pipe in the closet, leaky elbow pie under the sink
Good location everything clean, I would book again but they have to fix their showerdoor.
Very small bathroom and shower door was broken.
It was close to my dadas place which made it very convenient for me , plus a short walk from main attractions
I did not love how noisy it was and the smell was not great …
Comfortable bed, sheets and blankets. Easy Self Check in and check out. The hotel is in the old building with well renovated rooms. Clean and comfortable. Kettle in the room. Few free parking spots in front of the hotel. Otherwise you may find parking space in the inside yard.
One of the pillows was feather pillow (unfortunately my boyfriend is allergic to feathers) The pillows and blankets are full of stains. There was a hair on a pillow. Mirror and garbage bin would be great to have in the room. Shower head needs to be changed. Bathroom sink could be bigger. Otherwise for this price everything was great!
Managed to get a parking spot just outside that was free. Clean facilities with basic amenities provided.
The area was quite noisy and busy outside throughout the night.
Breakfast, friendly staff, automatization check-in/check-out, clean
Inside room was really hot, no conditioner. The beds was not comfortable for the back.
Location is great. Staff are helpful.
The smell in the room was horrible. Someone smoked in the room and not just one time because no matter how many times we opened the window to get rid of the smell, it didn’t work. Our clothes now have this smell. Even though it is said that smoking not allowed.
close to the center, free parking, quick check-in and check-out ( no staff)
noise from outside
I liked the room, however you could hear people in nearby rooms. Bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was really nicely presented and there was coffee. Staff was very nice.
It just feels unfriendly as a physical space. The design choice of having a video replacing a receptionist play in a loop with horrible clipping throughout breakfast is awful. The breakfast area was cold too, so not very inviting.

The accommodation really offers great value for money – perfect for a short stay in the city. Everything was comfortable and mostly clean, the bed was cozy, and we appreciated the possibility of arriving later in the evening thanks to the 24/7 reception and easy self check-in with a code. The bathroom and shower were clean, and breakfast was excellent – a wide selection, tasty, and you could take as much as you wanted. Even though the rooms are not air-conditioned, a table fan was provided, so it was never too hot. Overall, it’s an ideal place for tourists looking for a short stay.
The room itself was clean, but the curtains were stained and the windows could have been cleaner, which was the only real drawback. Regarding parking – I specifically searched for accommodation with parking available at the hotel, and this place appeared among the first results in the filter. To avoid confusion, please note that parking is not provided directly by the accommodation, exactly as described in the property’s listing. The building is located in a courtyard among residential flats, where residents park their cars. So while it may be advertised that there is “lots of free space for parking,” in reality it’s not always the case. Finding a spot can be tricky, especially if you arrive late at night when most spaces are already taken, and you have to be careful not to park in paid zones. I do understand that this is the city center, where parking spaces are naturally limited, but it’s still worth keeping in mind when planning your arrival. Luckily, we managed to find a free space during our stay.
