Hotel Grand City Wrocław

Good, clean, solid option if you need to stay in the heart of the city. Staff was perfectly nice, kind and helpful.Very smooth experience.

You need to remember that the locations has its flaws - it’s really noisy here, even very late in the night. Drunkards, cars revving, general weekend partying on the streets below. I’d skip the breakfast - plenty of options available around and here it was a bit underwhelming.

Location

We arrived around midnight and found the room very very cold. According to the reception, it's because the windows were open. Why would anybody do that prior to your guests arriving is beyond me . We changed the room and found that room super cold as well. Must be an opening window ritual I am not aware of going on

I liked its central location as well as the spacious room. Breakfast was good and staff generally helpful.

We arrived at 2:00pm and check-in was at 3:00pm. Staff quoted the rules without checking (as other hotels do) whether our room was ready.

I really liked the hotel location, room was very big and bed was so comfortable!

Stuff wasn't very kind, cleaning room mean changing toalet paper (very bad toalet paper) and towels (if you ask), breakfast was goog, delicious, bat the choice was poor. Also, they turn off the heating in the room at the reception and don't tell you, only when you ask them what is happening with the heating, they turn it on again. It was very cold one night before we figured out what's going on.

The property was well located. Room was comfortable. Water was hot. Had a restaurant on site. Clean and functional.

No staff member offered any enthusiasm. No offer to call a taxi. No ideas on where to go and what to see. Lacked promotion of Wroclaw!

Great location, easy to travel.

The room has no refrigerator and lacks essential items such as a toothbrush and shower cap. And the room wasn't heated. I had to ask the staff twice to turn on the heating, but the staff were very helpful.

The staff was super helpful in holding my luggage as I arrived early and stayed in the area after I checked out. When I arrived, I received such a wonderful welcome. I knew I was at the right place and was going to have a wonderful stay. The room was perfect and super comfortable. I would stay there again if I return to the area. Great location by the main market square, with easy access to the main train station—either one direct train or a 5-minute taxi ride. The staff are highly professional, and the apartment is modern, clean, quiet, and comfortable, well equipped with everything a guest might need.

Close to the Christmas market

Room 212 was a corner room with each window facing a different night club or bar. The music kept me awake until 4am. The fighting, drunk and loud patrons keeping me awake until 6am means I will never recommend this hotel despite how nice and comfortable it was.

Excellent location for the old town

I was given a tiny triangular shaped room at the back of the hotel with a window into a grubby yard. The hotel is large and had only a few staying guests at the time of my booking and I was disappointed as the room was not what the hotel advertised on booking.com. I complained to the front desk staff but was told that it was the only available room through booking.com.

Fabulous Hotel - modern, clean and excellent location - a few minutes walk to the main Market Square (Rynek). Staff were friendly and I'll definitely stay again. Oh and there's a lovely little bar right next door Paka Pub that you must visit if you stay here

Breakfast could have been better. Overall, hotel was fair and pictures were somewhat misleading.

Rooms seemed newly decorated so were to a good standard. Shower nice with good power.Location was perfect. Staff weren’t overly friendly or helpful but pleasant enough.

Rooms at night are pretty noisy. There’s lots of bars around the hotel so there’s people out shouting till all hours. The place could use some better windows. No milk left for the tea in the room. Only creamer sachets which don’t quite taste right in tea. No ice buckets at the bar either so unable to chill any bottles taken back to room.

Hotel was in very good location. It was clean.

We heard all the noise from the street. The room had no fridge. Fitness room was very pure. There were 3 machines, one of them was not working. No water.
