Ibis Styles Gniezno Stare Miasto

Water dispenser, location, close to the train station and downtown. Staff was helpful.

Bedding was thin and only one pillow per person, thin one. No dental kit that was offered in a flyer was available.

Great location near the train station, comfortable room, great staff!

Room was comfy and good side, breaky was nice with different options.

Close position to city centreGood breakfastWide and comfortable roomGood price

Very courteous staff, 5 Star, Excellent breakfast, and awesome location

We liked the breakfast, was very tasty and fresh

No kettle, no bottle of waters in a room like before

Good location, helpful staff, good breakfast,

Ibis style. Excellent breakfast. size of the room.

Tight parking. Smell of smoke in the room, despite non- smoking warning.

Super breakfeast, nice town :)

I saw down in hall two parrots in cage, they seems sad and lonely, better maybe near some other people, but IDK.

The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice and unlimited coffee, of all different kinds

I didn't like the fact that the washbasin in our room did not have a workable plug, so water drained out which is wasteful.the handle in the shower was broken, so it was useable but a bit scratchy.

The room has been tidy and quite comfy. Polite personnel.

There was a noise from a conditioner, seems to be outside of a room.

It was so bad we had to leave.

Faulty air con meant we had to move rooms. The new room was covered in dog hair, which was an allergy problem, so we had to check out and find an alternative place to stay. Waiting to hear if we’ll get a refund.

Great staff as always.

AC needs to work when the weather requires it. Room was to hot and AC would not turn on.

The staff was super attentive and professional. Adrian at the front desk worked to recover my phone that I left on the train and had it back to me within an hour! Thank you!! Food at the restaurant was excellent and really exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was also excellent.

I had difficulty lowering the temperature in my room but that may have just been user error.

The staff couldn't be more polite, kind helpful and professional. What an excellent way to be!!

Bathroom layout - the toilet right up to the shower cubicle - interior design flop tbh...

Excellent location, cozy room and comfortable room; decent breakfast and nice staff. Good value for money.

All great, could not fault any part of the experience

Location, quality of premises

Fantastic hotel for families with kids with a well-equipped toy corner and other facilities. We stayed 2 nights with 3 small kids and one 2-month infant.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Room was huge and comfortable. Staff were really friendly. Our rate included breakfast which was lovely and lots of it.

Clean, spacious room with big bathroom. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Close to the Old Town. Parking next to the hotel.

Parking was not free
