Pietrak Hotel

Room was spacious, faced street but it was quiet, needs renovation but really warm in this cold weather it was great. Location couldn't be better right by the square. Very good breakfast not big choice but it was everything- fresh and delicious. The man who served on the breakfast- very helpful and welcoming-great service! Car park just right beside. We will definetely come back

The Pietrak is a mixed bag. The staff was very efficient and attentive, and the location could not be more convenient for visits in Gniezno. There are plenty of facilities around the hotel. The rooms are unexceptional but adequate in terms of space and furnishings. It is attractively priced. The car park is nearby and easy to use.

The hotel has a somewhat tired feel about and could do with some tidying up in the public areas. Noise from the street is a problem at night.

This hotel is in an excellent location. It is steps from many restaurants. They serve a really nice breakfast. Our room was old fashioned but clean and the bed was comfortable. We are traveling by bicycle and were able to take our bikes to our room via the elevator.

Most of the staff were really good. Centre of the city.

Problem was conditioner. It not wors properly. Everything else was good.Another issue was car parking. But we were informer that is not in the hotel territory and we have to pay

I asked for parking place but when arrived there was none available.

I loved the location of the hotel the accessibility the diffrent spaces and rooms it has to offer the breakfast was amazing so much to choose from the history of the place and it's connection just beautiful I highly recommend ?

On this visit nothing. We have stayed here meny times in the past.

I had notified the hotel that I was disabled. But still got a room at the top of the hotel with no lift. The car park was full. So had to park elsewhere. The service and the food in the Restaurant has gone down Hill. The breakfast was not up to much either. After staying here for meny year's booking direct. We don't think that we will ever stay again Very disappointing.

Old fashioned, poorly designed room (like only two electric sockets on the wall against the bed, so you cannot change anything by your bed).

The location is excellent. Just in the middle of the town. Room was clean and cosy.

Very noisy at night at the bar outside the hotel (belongs to the hotel). I couldn't sleep until I went to the reception and asked them to do something about this problem.

The location is right in the centre. Delicious breakfast. The swimming pool and the sauna were solely for two of us.

The hotel is located in centre city, the personnel is very gentle and polite, the rooms as well as the bedroom are comfortable.Breakfast was good with different sweet and salty foods. It is possible to riservate even the parking if necessary.
