Friendly staff. Cozy room. Food was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious and dinner was beyond expectations.

Great location and great room. Had everything we needed. Stayed one night, but had an amazing time. In the center of everything! Breakfast was also amazing.

Everything was perfect, could hear upstairs people but not tooo loud

Staff speaks English so they were able to communicate with my partner with no problem. Very polite staff members, making sure we feel welcome. Parking fee was discounted for us due to a longer stay which was very nice of them. I love the little cake slice with breakfast as a little treat, we could always take it to our room after breakfast.

For a 5 day stay, the breakfast options can get a little but repetitive as it's always the same three choices of scrambled eggs, sausage or a pancake but food was always delicious nonetheless. I was placed in a room with a vent connecting to a room upstairs that can hold up to 6 people and they were extremely loud one night at 4am, however I rang the reception and on the next day they offered to swap my rooms with more quiet option with no additional fee which I appreciated.

The staff are very friendly and open-minded. They help me from check-in to check-out. The food is really great. Highly recommend

The breakfast was varied and impeccable. My partner and I were very surprised with the quality. The room was also cozy and we were moderately cool.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, stylishly and comfortably decorated. Very good location. Excellent restaurant - the selected dishes were really very tasty. The breakfast was perfect for us because we got everything we like. Pleasant and helpful staff. Great attitude and care towards animals. Highly recommend!

I liked everything about the Hotel Awo! Comfortable room and bathroom and a very good breakfast. The young staff were so nice and helpful.

Breakfast was super delicious and receptionist Agata was the best!!! She assisted me in all kind of communications via phone where I needed her translation, to resolve my issues; called a taxi and waited for it at the street with me…. She was super professional and very welcoming. Location was the greatest- in the middle of the downtown and the entrance to the hotel - through the quiet and cosy courtyard. The stairs at night automatically getting lights so you’ll not fall off. The only thing is absence of elevator- luckily my heavy suitcases were in the car because I wouldn’t be able to bring them upstairs. In the room was all necessary things including coffee/ tea corner, and hair dryer in the bathroom. I was pleased and happy to stay here.

Location was off the main road which provided a quiet stay. Hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was amazing.

The staff was benevolent and attentive. They helped to get our luggage in the room. The room was spacious enough. It had attractive appearance with rabbits drawn on wall, an end table and armchairs in which comfortable to sit with a cap of coffee. There was an electric kettle with teabags and coffee, bottles of water. The bathrooms had a shower, hairdryer and other items needed. Also the roof had curious window, even not large in size, through which is able to watch in the sky !The breakfast was tasty, it got served on tables and there were several options to order – scrambled eggs, sausages, crepes … There is a cozy courtyard where we had nice dinner.The hotel is located in the city center. The distance is pretty small for walking as to the old market square as to the museum of history.The parking wasn’t free of charge, the hotel provided closed parking place which is located across a square. It is also possible to use public parking lots which was free during weekend.

I liked the space and the fact that it’s walking distance to several places in Gniezno. The breakfast is really good and the staff is so nice and friendly.

parking is extra paid and located approx 200 m out side the hotel . Rooms are very small. Although hotel declares 16m2, rooms are like 10m2! For overnight okay, for longer stay very uncomfortable. Very poor breakfast, only few pieces of sliced salami, chees, and tomato already served on plate, old bread, no buffet available. Price of 90€/night too much for this kind of "hotel".

Great hotel, love the colours in the room, so clean, big bathroom, comfortable bed, amazing staff always helpful & smiling., delicious breakfast and loads of food !

This is a fabulous place to stay. The warm and genuine welcome from the reception staff. The quaint and unique rooms. The very comfortable bed. The quiet location. Easy access to the central square of the town, with the Cathedral, bars, restaurants etc all within easy walking distance (5 to 10 minutes). The absolutely fantastic breakfast - with a massive choice of different items, including made-to-order eggs, fresh rustic breads, local specialities. All for such an exceptional price. I want to come back to Gniezno just to stay here again!

The morning breakfast was really good. They had great coffee and loved the scrambled eggs. Every time I came back to my room after work, it will be clean again. The rooms are small, but perfect for traveling. I really liked that they had a mini fridge too.
