Room was spacious, enogh parking space

The doors of the rooms have automatic closers that make them close with a large bang. So every room on the hall made me sit up straight in bed because of the loud bangs.Very very annoying.

Clean spacious room. Very quiet. Liked the espresso machine in the room

This resort is best suited for mature patrons with the zoo and casino nearby in mind. Hotel rooms are outdated but clean.

Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and great blackout curtains.

The refrigerator was not working. We did turn it on, but it took a long time to cool, so it was unusable while we were there.

The room was as in the photo. Coffee and tea in the room. Clean and quiet. Large parking for the car. There is a beautiful park near the hotel.

Breakfast is not included in the price. I didn't understand where the entrance to the hotel is. The entrance says "BAR".It's a pity for the birds in cages. They need to be released into the wild.There would be enough colorful fish in the numerous streams and lakes.

Superb service. Took care of me when I thought I broke my foot. Provided their van to take me to and pick me up from the doctor. Called the doctor to make the appt; arranged for the cab to the hospital for an X-ray; and it goes on! Lovely hotel, people went out of their way to help me.

Our room, balcony and bathroom were huge! The bed was very comfortable and we were able to adjust the temperature in the room to our liking. Fabulous restaurant on site and the fact that hotel guests have complementary access to the neighbouring bird park was a bonus. The location was very convenient for us and it was easy to take the train into Amsterdam. Always plenty of parking at the hotel which was great as were towing a large trailer.

Our only disappointment was the fact that only paper cups were supplied in the room. We had a kettle, a coffee pod machine and a fridge but a real mug would have been very welcome.

Bed very comfortable, room clean and well appointed. Room looks over the aviary! We watched storks make their nest.

All good.

Room was large with balcony, we liked the separate shower cubicle and the breakfast was excellent so much choiceWe had a meal in the restaurant the first night that was lovely Staff were helpful and friendly We would stay again

I’m struggling to find any thing negative to say

The bird park (and free daily admission), the large and spacious family room, the child gate at the stairs! The mini fridge, the plentiful towels and pillows.

The boat was not operating. The only restaurant was too fancy, expensive, and not very child friendly. Parking gate was very confusing.

Great hotel - super comfy and large room with a view of the bird park. Coffee machine in room. Also, free entry to the bird park which was an unexpected highlight of our trip!

Lovely bird/animal park next to the hotel. A unexpected pleasure. The restaurant was really good. Well priced, good food and service

The rooms are simply outstanding. Great size, comfortable bed, superior bathroom, but empty frigidaire... Rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

The pump at the entrance door. This is a very annoying gadget that irritates people. You need 4 hands to pull your luggage and keep the door open with a force that is not normal for Hotels, accommodating senior people. Together with the restaurant nextdoor which is a sheer disaster in quality and choice (strange combination of foods not fitting together), it may be the reason for looking out for another accommodation in the future.

The location from Hotel, Avifauna tickets really nice. The Family room was big.For price of 200e you expect a better facility.

I believe that on the pictures looks better. They havent add the bathroom pictures. The floor yellow between or black spots.Our room card wasnt working , so we got a key instead , because of that we had cold in room(You have to have card so the rest works). The furniture in places also damaged. In description says mini bar ..but it was empty. I saw that the other rooms are renew but i geus Family room not...

Very comfortable room, with plenty of space but yet cozy. Very nice breakfast and bike facilities.

The hotel configuration with rooms, check in/out and breakfast area all in different buildings, a bit far from each other, can make it uncomfortable specially during winter and/or rainy days.

Lots of parking space, nice beds, windows which could open, good breakfast buffet

Information from staff very limited, only when we got stuck at the exit and drove back, we were informed that you needed an exit pass to open the gate. Not very handy. Also very weird that the reception is in a building, the hotel is in another building, and the restaurant is in yet another building. For us no problem, but I can imagine when you are less mobile it can be a burden.

I’m surprised by the attitude of the staff at reception, didn’t feel approachable. The cleaners threw away items that weren’t in the bin because we were saving them to use again.
