Outstanding cuisine, although for my low-cal diet I totally missed beans and peas

Scandinavian style very low beds on nice but very slippery floors with no rugs. NEVER AGAIIN. My wife, in her mid eighties, with very bad knees, could not get up from the bed without my assistance. Especially troubling at night - she had to wake me up to got to bathroom. In America, with a high bed and a carpet below, she never has trouble. NEVER AGAIN!

Location, parking space in front of the building, spacious room, comfy beds, decent breakfast, helpful staff.

Pool quite cold to be used in winter, no luck with the sauna - was not functioning properly when we wanted to use it. Bathroom was wildly overheated for some reason.

Nice Family run establishment close to the ski areas. Very nice sized rooms for Europe with a good shower, which is really all you need. Price is a little north of expected, but that's the location. Tasty typical German/Austrian gausthaus fare at the restaurant. Overall would stay again

The place looks amazing and the location is great. The restaurant is amazing with very nice view and very good food. Staff was very nice and welcoming.

Only had two big problems- the bath has no curtain or any barrier the prevent water dripping outside of it when we shower. So after one shower the floor is completely wet and needs to be wiped. Second problem was bigger- we had some kind of hornet-like bugs in our room. They might have a nest there since we found three, unfortunately had to kill them. The woman from the hotel didn’t seem surprised that it was there. Maybe it’s a seasonal thing. Anyway it was not a pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Belvedere Hotel. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Food is superb , especially lunch and diiner. That was like home cooking. I love all menu I ordered , boiled beef , pork with garlic sauce , all are traditional Austrian Cusine. I am highly recommend to stay in this restuarant house . It is one of the best meal in Austria ( for me ). Thank you so much Karl.

Really beautiful mountain retreat. I arrived at the end of a long hike, and the manager immediately turned on the sauna, so my muscles could relax. Big beautiful room, with a lovely balcony to wake up to mountain views. A breakfast that deserves the name 'superb,' and set me up for another long day of hiking. Lovely people, and the number of regular customers in the restaurant gave the impression that the Belvedere lives up to its reputation.

An amazing place. We stopped on our way to Croatia. Close to the highway and yet in a beautiful location. Very comfortable room, great service. After only one night we know we will be back there for longer!

There were a lot of people smoking cigarettes, but this was not the fault of the facility but the local culture. You could smell the cigarettes from the neighbours on the balcony.

Great location for staying in Semmering. Room large and comfortable with nice views. Hotel restaurant did very good evening meals. Friendly staff.

Breakfast selection a little limited, but eggs nicely cooked to order.

Due to the restaurant some kitchen smells were noticeable in our room, but not disturbing, really.
