Mouse in the room

We were woken up at 5 a.m. by noise in the room and discovered a live mouse inside the room, in the trash bin. This was shocking and completely unacceptable for paid accommodation.Beyond the obvious distress, this is a serious hygiene and health concern, as it is impossible to know where the mouse had been during the night, including whether it had access to the bed or personal belongings.We reported the issue immediately at reception. Although another room was offered, we had lost all trust in the hygiene standards of the property and decided to leave. The response from the staff was limited to "okay, bye", with no offer of a refund or proper resolution.Additionally, despite contacting Booking.com and following up multiple times, the issue has remained unresolved, with no meaningful response for an extended period.This experience was extremely disappointing and below any acceptable accommodation standard.

For the price it is worth. But it is noisy and it looks much better in pictures. If you are in transit it is worth for one night. It was worm and ok overall. The stuff are nice ok. But do not forget that it is a Motel…

This is a great location for a hotel, especially for someone travelling to distant countries. We were travelling to Vienna from Kranj (Slovenia)... we visited christmas markets which were so lovely and then went to sleep at this motel. Very comfy beds, big bathroom with separate toilet room. Very satisfied!

There could be more parking spaces, we barely got ours.

It was a good place to catch some sleep on our way to Italy. The staff were helpful. You can get earplugs at the reception desk—they made a great difference as the noise from the road was pretty noticeable

There was unfortunately some mold in the shower

Comfy beds. Easy booking. A bit of noise from the road but earbuds available upon asking.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. For people who cant sleep with noise, you need ear plugs because the motel is on the highway so you hear every car/truck passing by

Too many spiders web, you cant sit outside on the balcony or walk to the room without stepping into one

Pleasant

The room is quite solid. Although you can see the cobwebs, the outside is very sloppy and untidy. Cobwebs all around. You can tell the motel is infested with flies and sloppy. The environment is uncomfortable. There is no sloppy furniture on the terrace. The chairs are old and worn.

Everything was okay, clean and not noisy even with location near road. Like in picture

If you are afraid of spiders, check in during daylight, there are spider webs around hotel (NOT in room). (They clean them in morning)In one of 2 numbers there was odor from plumming

Pleasant

Unfortunately, our stay was not pleasant. We paid extra for a room with a lake view, but ended up on the ground floor with no view at all, as trees completely blocked it. The room was rather dirty and not well-maintained. Since the hotel is close to the highway and the doors let a lot of noise through, it was very difficult to sleep at night. Overall, quite disappointing.

Good location. Dog friendly. Place to walk à dog. Comfort beds.

No breakfast available. No kettle in the room despite description. Floors could be cleaner.

Not very clean (dirty floor, still empty beer cans in the trash…), a bit noisy because of the street, only german programs on TV…

You walk into a betting shop. Room wasn't prepared properly. No fridge in room :( and no food/drink available except for some grim-looking vending machines. Really weird location. Kind of soulless/ugly.

Good value for money, rooms good size and clean

Aircon didn't cool much, vending machines didn't work, not many options for food or drinks nearby and taxi into town quite expensive.

Worst accomodation ever. This was really a very bad experience. We stayed for 10 minutes and left at the middle of the night to find another place. There’s a casino in the hotel and right at the entrance there are also slotmachines where strange people just keep staring at you. The place did not feel safe at all. Later on we found out about this place that it is famous for its nightlife and short stay activities… Do not book this place if you’re looking for a family friendly place. There’s a lot of noise coming from outsite as the border of the door doesn’t touch the ground. So sleeping would have been impossible.

Our stay at the Motel Verde was a bag of mixed emotions. The motel room price was in our range, the location was close enough to Vienna and the room itself was clean and a had a decent bathroom.

The surprises started when we tried to get our pre-booked breakfast. It turned out that the breakfast consisted of couple of buns with some ham and cheese and few cut peppers. When asked for tea the only option we were given was a green one. Also, there are only 2 or 3 tables in the reception area so if there are more people who ordered breakfast you either have to take it an have it in your room or wait for other people to finish.

Possibility to accommodate with dogs, easy check-in.

Difference between check-in and out on the official website and booking, a little noisier due to the road. Harder to drain the water in the sink.

Great location for the dogs, next there are many walking paths and also dog park nearby. The room is nice, the bathroom is big and nice but you can hear everything?. The parking is nice.

Shitty breakfast not worth it. The bread on the second day was so hard it could not break it in half. On sunday we only got 3 slices of ham and cheese, butter and one egg. You can only get very shitty coffee. In the room you can hear everything and it’s was super cool.
