- Room was great. However, the hotel is quite dated, and we paid a premium for our room, so the value did not match the other hotels we stayed at while visiting Austria. Overall, the price of the hotel far exceeded the value, which is the only time this has happened during out trip.

Some of the waiters in the restaurant were very rude and differentiated between long-staying guests and those who paid individually. Food is good, but the service is really bad.
Suite is top, Super big bathtub for 2 ppl. The food both in the evening and in the morning was super. The bar is ok, do not expect a lot of fun at the bar, but the people who stay there are not typical apres ski party ppl.
Everything was super clear. Compliments to the staf.
if you go skiing to Hochoetz, it s very close to the lift, hotel facilities are amazing, massage, hot pool outside and diner were all great. Bar is very authentic.
If you don’t speak german, it s extremely difficult to explain what you want/need to the staff because apart from reception, you can barely find someone speaks English. Apart from that breakfast was way below the 4 star hotel standards.
